Good PC but very slow wireless, useless Keyboard

If you are buying this factor in buying a new Wifi USB adapter and keyboard. I was getting speeds on 1.5 Mbs. My Alienware laptop in same location was getting 30 Mbs. It comes with a cheap Realtek USB receiver. Bought a Netgear adapter to get good speeds (after waiting 10 mins to download the 120 Mb driver). Keyboard is terrible. When playing an FPS the shift button keeps sticking. Despite all this the PC looks great and runs very quietly even after playing graphics heavy games. So would still recommend this PC, just be prepared to add some essential upgrades.

No bloatware, fast, and about the same price as a build-your-own considering the quality of the components

The Trace 930 comes with random parts, so I got lucky with intel fans and WD SSD as well as wifi built-in.

I love how fast is boots up. The speed of the graphics card and the ability to play all games without glitches is fantastic. It also has plenty of room to upgrade in the case. My only gripe is the power supply could be larger. Overall the quality of the hardware for the price point can't be beat.

Setup was a breeze. Initially I set it up under wifi only and noticed a bit of lagging. I eventually hard wired it into the router and the lagging is much better if none at all. Specs on this desktop are ideal for gaming. Oculus Rift works seamlessly. Overall, I am very pleased with my purchase.

This computer kicks butt. I love it and literally had it out of the box and ready to play in 10 minutes It took my gaming experience to a new level. It’s so fast and the things in the game I never saw before have come to life. I bought another one for my son and he agrees it’s an awesome tower.

i am a first timer at gaming. what a world of fun. i added oculus VR and it handles it well. the GeForce driver is wicked and the graphics are superior with my 4k display. good choice-big case with a lot of space. kinda empty inside but there is room for additions. no Bluetooth or cd/dvd player

I purchased this PC mainly for gaming, but I also needed to be able to edit videos, 3d animations, and audio. This PC has no problem running multiple programs at the same time. I will however be upgrading the GPU in the next year to 1080ti. It's super fast and works flawlessly!

I never thought I'd be buying a pre-built computer, but here we are! Crypto currency mining has inflated GPU prices so much it's often a much greater value to purchase a pre-built with off-the-shelf components. It's packaged really quite well. It was a pleasure to set-up. The real tempered glass window had a fantastic peel protecting it and the inside had this inflatable foam-pack that fills the open space to protect it in-transit. My only gripe here was that there was some ugly stickers in the corner of the glass that took a lot of work to get off cleanly. It comes with an iBuyPower-branded mouse and keyboard. Nothing really exciting, but pretty functional. Outside of the rather cheap plastic shells it's a pretty decently thought-out and executed mouse. The keyboard has *some* media functions: Play/Pause, Mute, Volume Up, Volume Down... in that order. Kind of strange. The computer itself is very pretty. It has an actual tempered glass side that's executed and makes access to the inside a breeze. I usually don't like windows in my cases, but the cable management is pretty fantastic on this. The entire top is a very strong, smooth, mesh with a hex-pattern underneath to keep it very sturdy so there's no worries about punching through the top of the case. The case is, as I said, really pretty. It's relatively simple outside of the little remote used to change the color of the two vertical lines that move towards each other as they go down. The IR receiver for them is on the front in the upper right. You do have to be fairly close, or at least very direct with the remote. I threw the click-velcro 3M Command strip on the remote and on the non-glass side of the computer to prevent it from getting lost. The metal side of the case is hinged along the front (or left while facing it) side and swings open to reveal a one inch, maybe two, gap that's used to conceal cables as they pass through behind the motherboard. This makes it tidy, accessible, and improves airflow. The exterior has a hard-drive write/read LED, an extra top-side audio and microphone input, and two USB 3.0's. As well as the power button which has a very nice-looking muted and matted red ring. Very visible, but doesn't cast a bright light at all. One of my favorite details, outside of the great execution for accessing the inside, is that there are plastic and rubber plugs to fill these ports when they're not in use. The Display Port and HDMI had plastic ones and there's rubber ones along the 4 ports on the top. Just a nice detail. Inside the case along the bottom is a space for the PSU and I believe 3 3.5" bays. One of which is loaded with the 1 TB HDD. The roof of this, for lack of a better term, tunnel is what you see as the 'bottom' from inside the window. Along the top, accessible by removing the quality thumb-screws on the glass window, is the space for the little solid state drive. It's a Western Digital Green and I feel like they really could have updated the SDD space here as the price for solid state space is low enough it could be upped to 256 or more for 30 to maybe 50 dollars extra. The space fills up fast. BUT it does help with some games, but most importantly, speeds the Windows 10 boot-up incredibly quickly. The Windows 10 is actually tied to your email upon set-up (if I recall correctly) which is pretty neat to actually own in that manner. The CPU is pretty good for what you pay and the fans are REALLY quiet. Along with the improvement and decreases in cost with Solid State Drives, there was really room to improve the GPU. It handles thing pretty fantastically, but it has pretty low VRAM which could be more than doubled for 20-30 dollars, I think. I looked up the individual components when I got home (as I had the 30-day return from Best Buy) and tallied up the cost to build this machine on my own and it's definitely a value for what you get. They could've just improved those few areas for such a negligible cost to them and the customer if they bothered to go back and review it. But I'm guessing that's just kind of how pre-builts work. "These are the components for this model and no changes will be made unless creating a newer model". Probably helps with cost to both them and us as they're able to buy components in such bulk they get more for less and have to use them all.

This is an excellent gaming computer. Fast, quiet and excellent storange. The built in lights with a separate remote is really cool. The only thing I needed to add was a couple more USB ports for wireless mouse and key board because I dont want to be tethered to my computer.
