Bought this yesterday, been a great pc. Runs most games on max settings with no problems.

The system was easy to set up and has great quality.

At the price this computer is a wonderful powerhouse.

The cpu fan is not very good. I had to replace that so the pc was not super loud. Runs games great and is great pc overall.

I got this PC for Christmas. At first everything was great. At close to two months in, my graphics card started acting funny. Then it quit entirely. I am working with IBUYPOWER now to try to rectify the situation. It's understandable that sometimes things fail. But now I will test the company's customer service polices, unfortunately. I will update once it's resolved.

Just bought this pc about 3 weeks ago and I regret nothing. So far so good!

Got this for my son for Christmas with monitor. The computer doesn't have HDMI for the monitor even though the description said that is does. Luckily I had an old computer with a VGA plug so he was able to use the computer. If not for the old monitor it would have made for a bad Christmas Morning.

I purchased this pc last year and have not had any issues with it.

Bought this for my son and he loves it. It's a great gaming desktop.

So far I'm more than impressed with this computer!!

My sister purchased this PC a few months ago and didn't use it very much so she sold it to me. Knowing a few things about PCs i looked at its specs and found it didn't even come with 1TB HD it was suppose to come with. The only storage it had was the 120GB SSD..

sound card went bad 9 months into owning computer. Had to get a new motherboard from company because sound card is internal. Had to pay $28.50 for shipping and another $8 for paste to install all the components back on new mother board.. One day later sound went out again, must be a bad sound card design, now im left with buying a sound card that i can plug and play into one of the pci slots. Just terrific oh and doing so the tempered glass broke and have no way of buying new glass cover.

Not even 6 months after purchasing this high end desktop PC for work, the solid state hard drive crashed losing all of my saved documents. Best Buy did nothing to help, Geek Squad was not allowed to fix it for me, and it cost me $235.56 to ship it to CA for warranty repair. IBuyPower would not take responsibility for shipping to their facility. I spend over $10,000 per year at Best Buy and got no help from anyone so I’m upset and would recommend against purchasing this desktop. DO NOT BUY.

Just bought this $1200 computer brought it home and it did not work. Windows was not even installed on the hard drive or the SSD. Luckily I had windows 10 on a USB so was able to download it to the hard drive and use the computer. Come to find out that the computer doesn't even recognize the SSD at all. Just called IBUYPOWER and they are sending me another SSD. Such a headache for an expensive computer that should work right out of the box. Computer is aesthetically pleasing and solid for gaming.
