Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.As someone who knows computers as well as someone who has purchased this pc it is not worth the price. The AMD FX 6300 is very outdated and is very low end and can probably be bought for lower than $50. The GT 730 is also outdated and can be bought for around the same price as the FX 6300. Also the FX 6300 has a AM3+ socket which means if you were to upgrade the CPU to something newer you would more than likely have to get a new motherboard, etc. This pc does not have room for steady upgrades and runs games like Rainbow Six Siege at around 15 FPS on the LOWEST SETTINGS. A lot of people do not know how to build computers, but I suggest you do buy parts separately and find someone to build it for cheap. A waste of money and not a good starter pc.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Running any game from low-tier such as cities skylines or planet coaster to higher tiers like Grand Theft Auto V this computer constantly crashes giving errors such as VIDEO_SCHEDULAR_INTERNAL_ERROR which ends in the computer crashing with no stopping, serious issue and I am not sure to point fingers at Best-Buy or AMD or NVIDIA but this computer runs well but the constant crashes make it nearly impossible to use for long amounts of time like a computer of this magnitude should.

After they took my money, they told me it was back ordered until January 7. I fought with customer service daily until I received this item with only a couple days to spare. Customer service is horrible! After setting up the computer we realized it will not play fornite. After changing all the settings to the lowest quality we got it to play but it is not worth the money. Now we are out buying a new graphics card which are over $200 for the cheapest. Also the computer does not meet the minimum requirements to stream or record videos for you tubers. Buyer beware.

Thank you for purchasing our BB762. We are sorry to hear about the delay in getting this system to you. We received an influx of orders during the Black Friday sales that extended our production time longer than expected. This computer should be able to play Fortnite on Medium settings, however due to the graphics card type, it may not support simultaneous processes such as streaming and playing the game.

Besides that everything is perfect great amount of storage and runs great for anything besides gaming. In all you would be better of building a pc
