The title is a Beatles reference FYI. I just bought this computer yesterday. So, with that in mind.. this is my first impressions. I have been a fan of Apple ever since the iPhone 4s but they just can't compete with Microsoft when it comes to performance capacity. Creativity and Ease of Use goes to Apple, but in the end the exclusivity they promote fails there full potential. SUMMARY IBUYPOWER PC's are likely the best priced pre-built PCs overall. I bought the TRACE491 with the 1080 because it was powerful enough to run games with good quality and future proof for when I buy the HTC Vive Pro. INTRO I read many reviews about purchasing IBUYPOWER and it being a gamble and it is somewhat true. You don't know what brand components will end up in your specific tower since the market is always changing and the company uses whatever they have in stock. REASONING I felt confident in pulling the trigger because I have faith in Best Buy and all affiliated companies; IBUYPOWER included. Knowing that this pre-built PC was physically in stock at the Best Buy location gave me the confidence in knowing that the chance I would receive faulty components was minimal to none and I was right. Everything was connected fine and setup was a breeze. PROS -ASUS TURBO GTX1080 8GB -XPG ADATA 2 X 8GB DDR4 -A beast of a computer -Great price CONS -I don't know anything about computer parts and prices and all that nerd stuff; even though I wish I did. -IBUYPOWER does not send detailed information about the components it installed into the chassis so I ended up spending a lot of time researching what components I have online so I could download the appropriate drivers and updates. I wanted to get a computer to run FSX and X-Plane and this computer had all of the features I needed -- I did buy another 16GB of RAM. The machine is beautiful and was really easy to setup. I love the color lights: a fun extra. The flight simulators from Steam/Valve worked like a charm. With the four monitors I feel like I am in the cockpit (I am a pilot and a CFI). A good price for a top-shelf computer.

This PC looks really nice out in the open, it's quiet, and it runs amazingly. It's fast and great for gaming/designing purposes! I did end up buying a separate keyboard and using a different mouse.

Ibuypower seems to offer many great options on their website for customized computers, but I certainly would not recommend buying a pre-built model from here. The components are whatever they decide to throw together in order to match the specs, so it's certainly a gamble. The components that were included in mine: ASRock Z370 Pro4-IB Motherboard: this is by far the most annoying part of this build as it is basically a Pro4 with far less features and NO SUPPORT ON THE ASROCK WEBSITE. MSI GeForce GTX 1080 AERO 8G video card: this is just as good as anything I could expect.. however... this is the only component they include any drivers and information for and I was given the wrong disc and instructions for my video card. They gave me information, a disc and a badge for a zotac card. Obviously I'm going to get all my drivers from online anyway, but this makes me question how much they actually pay attention to these builds. ADATA XPG Z1 2400Mhz memory 2 x 8GB WD Green SSD and WD Black HDD Asetek 550LC Liquid Cooling System: Where the did they even find this thing? One last thing, ALL THE CABLES IN THE SYSTEM COME IN AN ABSOLUTE MESS. NOT A SINGLE ZIP-TIE OR OTHER FORM OF CABLE MANAGEMENT IS USED. I would have included a picture of this, but I spent an hour fixing this as soon as I opened it because the rats nest of cables in this computer gave me too much anxiety. Again as a stated above, they don't seem to pay too much attention in how these are built. One recommendation I would give to anybody who chooses to buy this PC: it has too much power, overclocking potential, and room in this case to only have two exhaust fans (mine are in a push/pull configuration with the radiator in the back of the case). Buy 2 or 3 fans to configure as intakes on the front of the case to give much better airflow and build positive pressure inside the case in order to keep the dust out of it.

This computer was a starter for me as soon as I got it it was super easy to upgrade good price for the parts they come with as you go along and start putting new parts in ur machine then sell those part for a good price which is what I been doing. I really recommend it even if you want to keep it together and not touch it at all good hardware in these deals

This is my first foray into a gaming PC. It just made more sense to buy prebuilt at this time. It was between this and the Alienware R7. Ended up going with this due to the SSD as the ibuypower was $100 less at the time of purchase and all other factors were a draw. Runs Wither 3 for me and Fortnite for my son just fine. I am very happy with the performance. The case is large and boxy. Just something to consider if you have a small space. I took off one star because there is a card included in the box that tells you to register to receive a free gift. In reality, you have to register and leave a review on the site where you purchased and jump through a few more hoops for a $10 gift card. I think the process should have been a little more transparent.

Brought this computer home and had it booted up within a half hour with a new monitor, and gaming within a couple hours! Super easy and fast. I'm playing all of my favorite games in ultra settings with no problem at all. Love the lights. Although the included keyboard and mouse are pretty poor quality, I am very satisfied with my purchase.

I was going back and forth for weeks on whether to build or buy a pre built PC. Once I found the Trace 941 I was sold as I was unable to get a build with these specs for anything near this price. The only thing I was weary about was that IBUYPOWER uses whatever parts they have on hand to hit the listed specs. Therefore, I feared getting a cheap motherboard, HD, SSD, and RAM. I ended up with getting a ASUS Turbo-GTX1080, unlabeled liquid cooler, WD SSD, ASRock motherboard, and ADATA RAM. Very pleased with this build! The case is way nicer than I expected. It is beefy so there is a lot of working room inside to add additional parts in the future. This should also aid in cooling. The wiring is also extremely clean and minimally exposed. The Best Buy site images do not do it justice. It has RGB strips at the top of the case, and one that is underneath the case. They also include a RGB remote. It is magnetic so I just stuck it to my case. This is a good way to prevent the remote getting lost as it is the only way to control the lights. The PC performance itself is amazing. It can handle any game I throw at it on Ultra settings. GORGEOUS. The liquid cooler does a good job keeping temperatures down as well. If you are using the PC for photo or video editing I would suggesting replacing the SSD. Overall this PC is incredible. A world were a pre-built PC was more feasible than a custom build didn't exist in the past but the time is now here. Pre-built PC's in the past were packed with cost cutting methods and bloatwear. The IBUYPOWER Trace941 is a different story. The most important parts are QUALITY. Also, the beauty is the case and components allow for even more expansion if need be. I am very happy with my purchase.

theres much i want to say about this pc that hasn't already been said if u want a great premade pc this is it.

i been using this pc for edit videos, adobe after effects, play and broadcast competitive games like counter strike Global offensive and overwatch, this pc has a extremely good performace with the six core processor multi task and 8gb of Graphics from Nvidia easily i can get 144-240hz in any game with my monitor. i never had a issue with it. i am really comfortable with this pc pubg; 80-144 fps Csgo;144-300 fps battlefield 1;80-144 fps overwatch;70-120 fps

I am new to PC Gaming and was looking for a solid computer to start with that will last me a while before I needed to upgrade and I sure found that! My buddy who has been PC Gaming for a while was very impressed with the build quality and speed. I am running 100+ FPS on PUBG on ultra settings and almost 200 FPS at the settings I play on. It is a powerful and very quiet PC and I am impressed every time I play.

This computer is absolutely fantastic. Mine came with an MSI Aero 1080 graphics card. The card is blower style (runs hot ~82 degrees) under full load, but performs like a beast. With a 1080p monitor I was getting 110-140 FPS on PUBG and ~250 on League of Legends. I actually upgraded to a 1440P monitor for better resolution, and only lost 30 or so FPS. Beast of a GPU. This is a very well put together prebuilt that I would recommend to anyone. To me it was worth the money to have IBP put it together as opposed to buying the components and putting it together myself. This is the first purchase from IBP for me but it likely won't be my last.

This PC is amazing. I have owned it for about 2 weeks now and it does everything I ask and more. Fortnite runs at a constant 150-160 fps with no issue and it is silent. It is insanely powerful and does everything a graphics maker, computer scientist, and gamer needs.

I rarely buy pre-built systems. Rather build my own, but due GPU prices a couple of months ago I decided to give this system a shot. I bought strictly as a gaming rig, since I'll re-purpose my previous rig as an office PC. I couldn't be happier. I hit the parts lottery and my build came with an ASRock mobo, Adata XPG RAM, Asus GPU, WD Green SSD, and Corsair water cooler. I still game at 1920 x 1200, so I can run any current game at Ultra without breaking a sweat. I expect I could upgrade my monitor to 2K and still be able to run most games on Very High/Ultra with reasonable frame rates. The lighting is very well done. It's enough to highlight the system components, without being overdone. I've always been a "just enough" LED fan, so I'm really happy with the lighting. The system is also extremely quiet. I'm not having any coil whine issues with the GPU, so the main noise while gaming is the GPU fan keeping up under load, but even then the system is pretty quiet. The case is rather large for the installed components, with a lot of empty space. However, since there aren't any pre-installed case fans, that's an advantage for air flow. I've seen complaint about the lack of case fans, but I think they're overblown. The case is pretty much vented everywhere, expect the glass side panel. With the larger case, push/pull CPU cooler, and GPU exhaust cooling, I've had no issues with the case or component heat. Overall a great buy. Definitely recommended, especially if you can get it on sale.

I received this system as a replacement for a iBUYPOWER Snowblind that had a faulty usb. I am at this time very pleased with this machine. It is VERY quiet and fast, I have yet to try it out with my Oculus VR but standard games run smooth on High to Ultra settings well above 70 FPS. It is well built and has lots of room to upgrade later. I will post thoughts at a later date on VR performance.

Bought Alienware initially but exchanged it for the trace941 after having corrupt hard drives in 2 new desktops. Took my new IBP home but it kept failing Windows install. Got it replaced with another new trace941 which I set up with no problems. GLAD I chose to stick with IBP bc it truly is better all the way around. Fast speed, sharp graphics, and best internal components for the type of motherboard and price. Glass tower cover is a plus as is the magnetic RGB LED remote. Just awesome!

I picked this gaming pc up yesterday. Unboxing, setting up was a breeze. The pc is quiet (sits right next to me) and everything is running flawlessly so far. The specs are far better than my older gaming pc. My fps on various games are mind blowing. The specs list the pc as 17 inches tall, but my unit is 19 3/4 inches with the feet that are on it. I was looking at another brand and I found this one on Best Buy's website. The price was right. I'm very happy with my purchase so far!

It is a very well made gaming pc, very quiet, and sleek looking. Runs every game i play on ultra at 100+ fps. The only thing that i think should be added to it are a fan or 2, to get more cool air and and out. Otherwise a very well made pc. Thanks iBuyPower
