This is a great gaming pc that has worked beautifully. I have only found two problems so far and that is that it does not have a CD/DVD drive and once you start downloading things you realise everything is downloading to the SSD instead of the TB of storage one you move everything around and hook up an external drive it works for everything

Easy set up, super fast, no bloatware to take up storage space

This is great for someone whose just getting into computers or building computers. It lays a great foundation for understanding how they work and what works and what doesn't work. For example, after some time passes, you'll realize that the motherboards they throw in these things are really cheap and worth upgrading if you got one with a K processor. The Gpu's are blower style fans which while okay in SLI/NVLINK, are not so great in larger case or inadequate airflow. And the PSU is lacking, seriously if you buy this, buy a PSU with it. I don't know if it voids anything but take it out. It's a great learning experience. Also the case, runs waaay better with the front panel off. I installed 3 noctua industrial fans in the front and it help. My biggest problem was returning it three times because the case WAS DENTED IN FROM THE TOP. Which was shocking considering, that the packaging wasn't damaged. The best buy employee opened two boxes until she found one that was damage since i kept coming back. It was like a pandemic of dents. I want to clarify, this is not a bad product. Just know what you're getting. Plus Buy it in store and check it out. Best Buy is a great place with a very forgiving return policy if you have any issues.

This particular gamer PC is excellent for anyone who plays or would like to play games online. I bought this as a huge and could not have made a better choice! I just wish for the amount of money it costs, that it would have come with a monitor, however, still a good deal and was exactly what my son wanted and needed for his gaming “needs”

This computer is amazing. Lightning fast for game playing.

I have had zero problems with this computer. I do a lot of multitasking and it has always handled everything with no problems. Love the lights and glass panel side, only thing I don’t care for is the keyboard, which is cheap plastic, they really should have a better keyboard to go with this system considering the cost.
