finally was able to upgrade my gaming PC so after deciding between building my own and buying one build already i found this one in here which have all the parts i wanted for a great piece and a brand that im very familiar with since my old pc is also ibuypower and they build super great gaming computer for a great price. This pc is a beast it will run any game you throw at it I checked and it runs all the games definitely worth it, bought it on best buy local store trade it cause I bought a gaming laptop because I always wanted to go from consoles to pc gaming but when i found out you can't mod a laptop at all I trade it for this desktop pc and BOOM I was impressed with the design and the rbg it looks sick and the fan noise is so quiet you can't even hear it not even when you are extreme gaming I love it. Now I'm part of the PC MASTER RACE :P

I waited until I'd used the desktop a couple of months to write this review. The Best Buy employees that recommended this desktop for VR gaming were 100% right! This desktop is awesome and totally worth every penny! I have yet to run into a game it won't run smoothly. Not to mention, it looks absolutely amazing. If you're in need of a virtual escape from the socially distanced reality, look no further than this desktop and a good VR headset (I personally went with Oculus Rift S).

I was very hesitant to make this purchase, as I've never owned a pc before and I've heard that prebuilts don't have a great reputation. However, I can honestly say I'm extremely happy with my purchase. This thing gets consistent 144 fps on Fortnite with competitive settings and around 120fps even on games like Warzone that have a much higher graphical fidelity (I got the version with the RTX 2070 SUPER). The only reason it is missing a star is that it experiences pretty heavy slow down when downloading a game or a computer update (not just in games, but anywhere). However, because the problem is predictable and only occurs during updates, it's not a deal breaker at all. Otherwise it is an awesome computer!

Fast processing and excellent graphics. I'm able to run Overwatch, MHW and many other games on max graphical settings with no problems. The case is spacious, really easy to open, and provides great air circulation. I've never had a problem with the PC getting too hot (granted, my apartment stays around 72 dgrees) One minor problem is that one of the led fans on the front of my PC did not work when I first bought it. I exchanged the computer for a new one and after a year one fan went out again, but I can easily replace it myself. Overall a great PC for the price, I expect it will last me for long time.

The delivery was very quick and the pc came nice and undamaged i love how fast it is and the graphics are very good.

Skip to the bottom for tl;dr I bought the iBUYPOWER - Gaming Desktop - Intel Core i7-9700F - 16GB Memory - NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2070 SUPER - 1TB HDD + 480GB Solid State Drive - Black model:BB972 from BestBuy, and it has been a dream come true. When I first got my PC, I saw the instructions to ensure no wires had become disconnected before powering the PC on. I opened it up and noticed a loose wire, but I did not know where it went. I called customer service, and the guy was from here (US) and spoke perfect English. He clarified that it was not a wire that needed to be hooked up because it was for hooking up two components in series. I thanked him, hung up, and hooked up everything and finally powered it on. However, to my dismay, one of the LED fans in the front did not come on. I was upset and greatly disappointed that my PC had this issue. I imagined how it must be defective, and I would have to send it back, etc. So I called customer service again, and IT WAS THE SAME GUY who I had previously talked to. I told him my concerns, and he patiently guided me the whole way to check out the fan. Turns out one of the technicians left it unplugged, and we got it plugged back up. I turned it on again, BUT the fan wasn't moving! We further investigated and a piece of dark Styrofoam was stuck in the fan. I removed it, turned the PC back on, and everything has been perfect since then. Throughout talking with the rep, I asked him how difficult it was to upgrade stuff in my rig (I am a newbie lol), and he told me I could call anytime; in fact, he said they would help me make sure the upgrade went smoothly and all! That is awesome to hear! So I am very pleased with not only this product but with their customer service. I am excited what the future holds for when I upgrade my rig knowing that iBuypower has my back. tl;dr Great pc, had some minor setup issues, customer services is great and not outsourced, great conversation while troubleshooting, iBuypower says they will help with upgrading process in the future. 10/10 would buy from them again.

This computer is not only fast and quiet, it is very aesthetic to the eye and makes any room more colorful. The graphic and video card make for excellent game play with my significant other.

This PC worth the amount that I get it for that was 1,199 really good price for this pre-built PC and with a power 2070 super that could warranty you playing games more than 2021 everything on ultra above 100fps tripleAAA games, a really enough 16gb of ram and the fast ssd 480 gb for fast start up, I've never seen window load that fast and that come include with 1tb hhd for big storage so far I almost got a week with this PC and is fun to use I can tell you it is worth it, best deal I did fund.

Overall quality of this computer is great. It can play just about any of the most graphic intensive games available at high or max graphics with great frames per second. For potential buyers, consider the following: - The NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2070 SUPER has 4 ports (1x HDMI, 3x Display Port), make sure your monitors or cables will work - The iBUYPOWER mechanical keyboard that came with my computer started to have a faulty space bar two weeks into use, but I was able to get it back to normal by tinkering with the key - This computer is known to go on sale, so make sure to watch the price if you aren't in the market to get a gaming computer immediately

This gaming pc is perfect for first time beginners especially if your not comfortable building your own and want a pre-built its not that expensive and has good quality games look amazing and performance is on point! Delivery came to my house faster than expected on best buy and all in one piece no marks or scratchs/dents everything was connected i was worried about some of the other reviews about problems with Delivery but I can proudly say I cannot relate lol

I recently made the transition from PS4 to PC gaming. I did a lot of research on computers since it was not a cheap transition and this computer has been amazing. The only reason I give it a 4/5 stars is because of the CPU cooler. I ultimately ended up replacing the stock cooler. While playing games like Rainbow 6 Siege and Escape From Tarkov, my CPU temperatures were reaching up to 90 degrees. I originally tried a new thermal paste with the stock cooler and the temperatures still remained consistently high. After replacing the cooler, I am able to run my games on high or ultra settings while keeping my CPU at a cool 60 degrees Celsius. Great starter computer. I highly recommend!

First time buying the Gaming PC and this product change my gaming experience. The graphic card is awesome and I can play pretty much all the games with the highest setting. I was thinking about building a PC, but I definitely recommend to buy ibuypower if you don't have much time. The keyboard which comes with the PC is not stable. The rubber under the keyboard is not strong enough so it moves around while you are typing or playing games. Prepare extra keyboard.

It was time, and I bought this computer to replace my older Dell XPS 420, a system that I used for my gaming needs. This new system totally exceeded my expectations, ran the exact game on both systems night and day difference. It was a fair deal, was doing comparative shopping for my needs. Plus the fact that the system is still upgradeable is another driving factor of why I purchased this system. I'm finally able to play a game with maxed video settings and awesome response times.

The fastest computer I have ever owned. 10-11 seconds from hitting the power button to the login screen. Included a keyboard and mouse, both wired. They have lights and it's a steady change of colors, not sure if you can adjust these lights but either way it looks good. The tower itself has tempered glass on one side and the front. Looks amazing but also feels very high quality. Overall seems like a solid system, larger size so plan accordingly.

I usually buy strong laptops to be mobile but finally decided to get a gaming desktop. couldn't be any happier this is technically my first gaming desktop and was super excited on the sale price. even without the sale price your getting your saving money vs building this same setup with brand new parts plus you wouldn't have to deal with all the shipping. packaging was done real well. starts up extremely fast and runs extremely smooth. strongest computer if had hands down.

Great computer, very fast, reliable, great for gaming, really good for its price

There is just such a huge difference between a gaming desktop and gaming laptop, it's unbelievable. Despite me running photoshop, overwatch, and running multiple programs all at once - it doesn't overheat nor slow down. All of my laptops have turning into lava when I ran one too many programs and would even shut down. This desktop is a BEAST. AND I WILL NEVER GO BACK. The keyboard is a bit clunky, but you can easily buy another one or just go with the flow.
