Great gaming experience with solid nvidia 2070 super. Nice bundle with keyboard and mouse. It can run any game you throw at it.

Easy set up , quiet when running games, and big upgrade for my old pc.

I have had this computer for a couple days and it is fantastic. It runs all the games I have tried at max settings and stays decently cool. The best thing about it is the fans are actually pretty quite even when they are on max speed. I got this on sale which made it an even better deal considering the RTX 2070 super is about $500 on its own. Very happy with my purchase!

I am recently converted from console to PC gaming. I asked a few friends at work to help me build a PC. With time constraints, they were unable. They pointed me in the direction of an iBUYPOWER machine. I wanted a PC that played the most recent, top tier graphic games with no hiccups and also do photo editing in ADOBE lightroom and photoshop. I did some research about what I needed and selected the iBUYPOWER BB972. I have very little knowledge of PC components, very novice. I bought this machine from local Best Buy and could not be happier. When I got it home, one of the RGB front lights was not lit. All I did was call the iBUYPOWER customer tech support line and they answered and helped with an immediate fix. It was just a little cable that came undone during shipping. No big deal at all. I've had this machine for about 2 months and it is awesome! I mostly play the Call of Duty MW that came free with the graphics card purchase in the iBUYPOWER BB972. It plays the game flawlessly on the highest settings. I have 3 monitors hooked up to it. 2 PC monitors connected via the DP and one 4KHDTV hooked up via the HDMI. I play COD on one monitor, youTube or Twitch on the other monitor and have football or Hulu streaming on the TV monitor. It runs it all with no issues. Get this machine!!! You won't regret it.

This is a great pc to get as a built gaming machine. I was looking to build my own but with time and work, i would not be able to properly build it up. So when i saw this machine with the specs provided and for the price i went for it. This is a great gaming machine and instantly saw the difference from my old machine and how the graphics were better.

Starts hella fast, beautiful colors and works smoothly. Setup was pretty quick and straight forward. Took a minute to figure out how to set up or change the RGB lights. In RGB fusion had to go under digital LED to get all light settings. Had one loose connection, but easy enough to spot on inspection. Works well so far for gaming and internet use.

I normally build my own computers but after pricing everything out and the time it would take me to build, the price was at the right spot. I got the computer during Black Friday week at BestBuy $1199.99 from $1449.99. Spec of computer I got was: iBUYPOWER - Gaming Desktop - Intel Core i7-9700F - 16GB Memory - NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2070 SUPER - 1TB HDD + 480GB Solid State Drive - Black The only thing I upgraded was the ram to 32gb. I picked up the Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4 2400MHz. I went to can you run it: This computer will run 99% of over 6,000 of the newest and most popular PC games. It will also run 98% of these games at the "recommended" or best experience levels. I loaded up Shadow of the Tomb Raider and it ran flawlessly after turning off one setting. That was the bug of Tomb Raider. If you do not want to spend time building your computer, the iBuypower Desktop will be a good buy, especially during Black Friday! If you are ok without worrying about overclocking then get this computer.

Everything was ready to go straight out of the box. I did however have to pull the other side panel off because only 1 of my RGB lights were plugged in, but it ended up being a 5 minute fix and once it was taken care of I fired it up, and began downloading and playing some of my games with the crispest resolution and speeds I have seen to date.

This gaming system is top notch. I use it for Fortnite and Call of Duty and it runs very smoothly. Worth every penny!

I've had this PC for about a month, and so far, I haven't had a single issue! I have all the space I need for all my games on the D drive, so my SSD stays clear for a faster, more efficiently running system. I personally have a duel monitor set up and use the PC for light gaming (i.e. MMOs, Minecraft, very few FPSs like COD, and some RPGs like Skyrim/FF) and don't have any issues running them on the higher graphics modes. I'm not a big "techie", but for my purposes, this PC is perfect!

Great PC for gaming. Read in early reviews with issues with the lights. Had the same issue but spoke with customer service and they walked me through where to find the correct wire which came unplugged during shipping. They work perfectly and the program it comes with you can adjust the lights with different colors and patterns.

pc is self runs great. No complaints there. Runs all my games flawless only problem is it was delivered and when removing it from the box I can hear small loose piece of plastic shaking around inside. The middle fan was not working. After messing around with it for a minute I was able to get the fan to run but doesn't light up. Doesn't seem to effect the pc at all but still irritating.

My last game-capable PC died several years ago, so I wanted to splurge on a gaming PC that was capable of playing the games I wanted without breaking my bank. The BB972 did all that for me an more. Every recent (and older) game I've wanted to play run fantastically on this machine. Definite would come back to a iBUYPOWER PC in the future.

Great product. Honestly, zero complaints. Its a plug and go. Ready to use with some simple instructions. When I got the PC, I will admit I had to call tech support to help install windoes 10 due to a installation error. Tech support was great. I was up in minutes. Like I said... I am extremely pleased with this product.

I've had a really good experience with this brand. I'm a newbie when it comes to advanced computers so I was blown away by what this computer had to offer. My computer is the iBUYPOWER BB972F and it came with keyboard and mouse. I use it for video production and graphic design. I've had it for about 4 months, had zero issues so far.

Received this pc swiftly and with no loose components. I purchased this pc for the RTX graphics card and for VR gaming. The RGB is an added bonus for the added flare and the awesome look to an already cool case. The keyboard and mouse are a great start and introduction to pc gaming if you're wanting to forget about the traditional game pad.
