The order arrived on time and is a fast and easy to set up system. The startup is very fast and games launch quickly and run well. The only issue was one of the 8 GB memory sticks was not read on initial boot up and had to be re-seated, but afterwards everything ran well.

I've had my gaming PC for about 2 weeks and it's performing quite well. My only gripe is with the keyboard it came with. The space bar does a see-saw motion and it must be pressed directly in the center to register the space key. I requested another one, which was promptly sent, and though it's not as bad, it has the same issue. The keyboard is badly designed so I will buy a separate one.

I had the same issue as some others, the RGB cable was disconnected and the power cable for the fans. I was able to reconnect and working great. I noticed the case fans does not have speed control, so looking into what is needed to add. Overall very happy with the purchase.

Excellent buy. Plays most of my games on max settings. The boot and load times are ridiculously fast. Easy setup. Aesthetically pleasing. No problems yet. (3 months) Keyboard is a miss for me. Not as structurally sound as I'd like. Keys have fallen off already.

Bought this for my 20 year old son. He is an enthusiastic gamer and absolutely loves the performance of this PC. There is plenty of horsepower to play games and it looks great when powered up. Highly recommend it especially for the sale price we bought it for.

If you're looking for a gaming PC look no further, because this beast is all you need. This is my first gaming desktop and it did not disappoint. I play games with no problem and everything goes smoothly. I used to play games on my gaming laptop and decided to finally have my own gaming PC. I wanted to build my own PC but the total amount I would have spend would have been the same as the price. To save myself time and effort, this gaming PC is exactly what I needed. Besides all the powerful things on it, it also comes with a mouse and a keyboard that lights up. It matches the tower which is a complete look. On the other hand, the guy who helped me was very knowledgeable about this product. His name is Juan and he works at BestBuy Fletcher Parkway, San Diego location. I believe without his help I wouldn't purchase this gaming PC. Overall, powerful gaming PC and I definitely would recommend this to a friend or to anyone.

I got the iBuyPower i7 Nvidia RTX 2070super a couple months ago and so far it’s been able to handle everything I throw at it with ease. Couldn’t be happier with the decision of getting this computer and supporting this company. I would buy again from iBuyPower anytime!!

An upgrade from gaming laptop, this is able to max out (or close to it) for all the games I am currently playing, plus ability to upgrade as parts become dated. Looks like it came without an RGB controller but other than that was able to put together with no issues or difficulties

so far soo good. this is my first gamming pc, I've had basic pc's in the past for general use. this one is great for a beginner to pc gamming. everything you need out of the box on a budget without an expensive build. very upgradable once you get comfortable.

I got this computer over a year ago, and it was one of the best investments. It’s still in very good condition and very fast (I clean it once a month). Personally, I just wish there was more usb ports because i plug a lot of stuff into it.

Easy to setup and fast! I played some Apex and COD to test it out and I was not disappointed! The only thing you should know before buying is that it doesn't come with a CD/DVD drive. (Even though they sent a CD with this particular model) If you have CD games or programs you would want to run think about a different model or buying the hardware later on. Overall, it's a great product!

Bought this for my daughter and this is a total beast. Best computer I have ever had. Plays all games super smooth. She plays games like Fortnite, Minecraft, Star Stable, and others. Tue lighting on the PC can be changed which is awesome. Anybody wanting a gaming PC buy this one!!

I finally made the switch to pc to fulfill my gaming experience. I did weeks of research from specs, prices, and able to customize/ upgrade if needed. This pc has passed all expectations and would highly recommend for anyone starting for their first pc.

Performance is insanely good, my only issue is that the cpu jumps to 100% randomly no matter the game's requirements with 8 cores. I had to use a tool to apply 7 cores and now the issue is gone, not sure why i cant use the 8 cores, might be something windows is doing.

I purchased this gaming pc for new years. It is insane at handling all AAA games at max settings. As a pro esports player/ video editor, I would highly recommend this pc to anyone. Usually, prebuilts aren't a great option, but this amazing computer proved me wrong.

PC was easily assembled with no problems. Most pre builds have complicated assemblies with drivers and cd's and such, but this was a no-hassle assembly. PC has been working well with no issues for a couple weeks now. Easy to clean and modify as well.

I’ve been running this PC for about a 8 months now with no issues. Good buy for the money. every game I have played so far with 0 issues. Strong 135fps with the graphics all the way up in call of duty. I have an acer 1ms response time 240hz monitor.

This is a great gaming system. It has already exceeded my expectation. It was also on sale, which made this an even better deal. The BestBuy associate that helped me was very knowledgeable and took his time to advise me to get the best system configuration for my needs.
