This gaming PC is perfectly good for beginners. Very easy to use, easy to set up. However, mine came with 2 cables not connected, so the rgb for the fans were not working, but it was an easy fix. Overall, very good.

Even though I haven’t had it for long, it works like a dream, it does everything I need it to do, great great piece, highly recommend

Even though this is a "Gaming" Computer, I don't use it for Gaming, I use it for Graphic Design. So, for me I don't like the Keyboard and Mouse, so I replaced them. The unit is very quite, looks nice and fits my needs.

I had just bought the desktop like a month ago or so, set it up with ease and recently bought a desk to go with it. Very fast pc!

Powerful, reliable, gets the job done. I am a technical writer, gamer, and college student. This computer can handle all of my tasks.

After doing some research I figured this was good power for the money. It has the power I want and will play any game. The only downside is one of the RGB is out but I haven’t had time to talk to their support yet.

This PC looks good and works the part. I have had no issues thus far. The packaging was secure and the PC was quick & easy to set up.

Not bad for the price. The fans can be loud sometimes but it doesnt bother me since i have my headset on or speakers on playing music.

This things PC is great. Everything i was hoping for in a desktop. I bought it as a birthday present for my wife and she absolutely loved it.

I was skeptical about getting a prebuilt pc but I really was surprised on how I this pc turned out it runs game on ultra settings no problem

For the price, this was a solid upgrade for both a gaming machine and a (game design) student PC. I do wish there were customization options direct from factory so that we could have bumped up the RAM or switched to a single, larger hard drive but we scored quality parts in a well built machine at a good price. We did receive a faulty keyboard but we worked directly with iBuyPower to get it replaced within a week. iBuyPower Customer service was very easy to work with although their process is a bit cumbersome.

I have already sent in a survey that said someone will contact me and they have not. I have had issues buying this PC at Best Buy on 4/7/2020 that are STILL ONGOING!!! The first PC I bought from a Beaverton Store which was one of the two stores in the area that carried this model had several issues with it. Bluetooth, the RGB lighting, and other strange issues made a contact at Ibuypower support tell me to return the unit and get replaced. He said it must be some motherboard issue specifically to the Bluetooth problems but all the other oddities could be the same. I then looked for a store that I could exchange and nobody had one besides the salem location which is 1 hour away from me. I took it there after them holding it for me (reluctantly) as I insisted they do so since I was travelling so far to exchange and the dude REFUNDED my purchase. This meant that I had to come up with another $1500 to buy my "exchanged" item. Since the money doesn't clear immediately I had to juggle around some money to make the purchase again. Thankfully the original purchase did finally refund a few days later so I don't have to mess with that also but when I bought the new pc even though they asked me if I wanted the purchase points and verified my number they didn't add it to my rewards. Additionally the new PC came with a different graphics card that doesn't have the RGB lighting like the Asus card did. It is a downgrade in performance/specs also. I am super frustrated. I haven't had the time due to a marriage and covid and many other things surrounding all of that to address this till recently. I called the best buy 800 number and they told me to call the district manager and gave me a number to do so. The number is disconnected... So now I sit here with a computer that is also having a few issues surrounding the video actually and I don't want to exchange this PC again because I have spent all the time (for a second time) to set everything that I need for work at home etc. I hope someone at best buy sees this and contacts me to do something about it like they said in the first rating email on 4/9 or so with crickets (no contact attempted by them)
