Movies, videos, music and programs for school and work run with perfection. I am very satisfied with this computer and I have never been truly satisfied with an electronics product like I am with this computer. The graphics and performance made me realize everything I have been missing with average computers. Thank you Best Buy and thanks to progressive leasing for making it an affordable reality.

Great Game PC!

Great PC and started up great exceptionalism the RGB didn't work. I'll need to call in for support to fix it.

Works great, but assembly was weak

However, multiple plugs were loose when I received it, meaning that fans didn't work, LED lights didn't work, a USB-3 connector was not functional, etc. However, once I opened up the case and traced/pulled/reconnected the wiring harnesses, it looks like everything is now working. In fairness, iBUYPOWER says that many times connectors come loose in shipping, but it sure looked to me like they just didn't pull the wiring harnesses through the case to provide sufficient slack so that the connectors would stay connected. Once I fed the lines a little better, everything is good.
