Computer great, key board suck when type the A key it thinks it the return key there for you can't get any thing done. E-mail iBUYPOWER and they want replace it. to get a replacement I will have to return the desktop. so therefore I THINK THE iBUYPOWER COMPANY SUCKS BIG TIME

I upgraded several generations, but the device is still impressive. The SSD really launches the apps and system very fast. The ac wi-fi card really takes advantage of my internet service. The video card is impressive. I am happy with the value for the price.

My son seems happy..so om happy, he uses it to game an online school

I love this computer. I got it for gaming, recording, editing, and for school. It’s super over locked and the case is huge. After getting this, you wouldn’t need to upgrade your case for a while. I did however have the LED on the fans go out, but easily replaced with Corsair fans. Either way, I still recommend this PC to any gamers out there!

I finally broke down and bought this unit. I deserved a PC unit like this all my life. Nothing but great news with this console and the apps that come along with it. A MUST BUY for any PC or gamer or high graphics users out there. It's worth the investment.

I just got this computer today and so far I am extremely impressed. This thing is a beast. I will definitely update my review in a few weeks after I've ran some games and some tests. The packaging was on point, I felt everything was very well protected. The mouse and keyboard are not great, but that's not what you are paying for. Stay tuned for updates soon.

Best Buy doesnt show this but Ive had to return this PC once already, the motherboard broke and it was the motherboards fault. The warranties kicked in and I got a new PC of this exact same thing, however apon getting the new PC a few days ago the TB storage drive is missing. As in it doesnt pop up in the sections when I was trying to download stuff into it. Im not about to crack it open to see why just in case that voids any warranties on the PC. So far Ive owned this PC twice and nothing but troubles. This is a very defective PC! This PC is messed up not once but twice! Ive already turned the first PC in and got this new one currently, just need to find a ride to Best Buy to turn in the one I got a few days ago via ups. Luckily Best Buy does mail your stuff you brought.

Loved this for gaming and a great price for what I was looking for

Awesome product, I dont have the time to build my own PC so I bought a pre build and it did not disappoint one bit. Plug in and play. Although the keyboard seems to be a little stiff, it gets the job done. Would recommend to anyone.

This computer is great, however when purchased the computer is already together except for the wi-fi rods, meanwhile the instructions tell you how to put everything together. Also sound only works with headphones in the monitor. Other than that this PC is a beast and after you install your drivers and restart the PC it shlund work fine.

I don’t know if it’s only me, but this thing overheats so much, reaching 95 degrees in the cpu, I went once because it was overheating and geek squat told me it was ok. Now in the middle of the quarantine, I am no longer able to use the machine because every time I turn it on it overheats a lot and ends up in a blue screen. I hope I was only and no one else have to suffer my pain Lol. But I am really disappointed because it is a very expensive computer, but they didn’t do much to fix it. I have only been using this computer for about 2 or less months, it broke in like at the begging or ending of April.

Got here in great condition everything was plugged in and really close to being fully updated. Everything runs smoothly great parts happy with everything here. Runs smoothly and even more quiet than the air filtering fan in my room.

I bought my PC on Tuesday, received it on Thursday! Its perfect, I also wasn't expecting to receive a nice keyboard and mouse in it so that was a pleasant surprise! ready to get back into my gaming career w this beautiful PC
