Came in damaged, Quality Control issues

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.recently purchased ibuypower i-series from best buy & was super stoaked to purchase it because we saved up for almost two years. purchased June 20th with delayed shipping, came in damaged-memory card was dislodged from cartage called tech support had to wait 2 hours though she did help. after being told the correct slot to put it in, computer still wouldn't past post. after watching countless YouTube videos I figured out/noticed that the graphics driver was installed over the bottom clamp of the memory card slot making it impossible to just pop up thus passing post was impossible. Had to return and wait another week to receive a new one. 3 week process in total. New one came in and was 1,2,3 but I did notice that there were no plastic plugs in the HDMI ports and i got a different keyboard than the previous unit I had to return. I haven't used it for my video just yet given that I just received it yesterday and writing a review today. I am hopeful that this will be awesome unit and will post an update in a couple of weeks.
