it runs realy good and it runs like 300 fps on fortnite and 150 on call of duty war zone

After extensive research we purchased this for our grandson. It took three adults and google to figure out how to set it up. Best Buy assured me it was a cinch to set up- it couldn’t have been harder. Definitely makes me think twice about believing the salespeople knowledge. It is now working and all is well but it threw a curve into Christmas Day

Fast and high fps but rgb fusion software stopped working so coudlnt controll my light

so far havent had any problems or anything which is great. would highly recommend

Product pictures showed MSI, actual system has all Gigabyte brand components. Built computers over 20 years and never had success with any of Gigabyte's products. MoBo failed after 12 months but it was black friday priced. You get what you pay for.

Came on time would recommend. My monitor hasn’t arrived yet for me to test it out.

purchased for our grandson's graduation from middle school. He is happy with it.

I liked the Desktop it is much faster booting and loads everything faster.

I am disappointed with this item because I already have to bring it back to Best Buy for a return or repair, not sure what will happen until my appointment on Monday. The fact that I have to wait a week to bring it back is disappointing also. Things usually go better than this situation.

Pc runs well but the mouse it came with does not work

Went in looking for a gaming system. Son loves it.

This Desktop is so fast and amazing.. I only use it for 2 weeks and after that is useless.. I can’t connect to Ethernet and even WiFi after I update the window 10.. now almost 1 week at geek squad and still waiting their message if they fix it already

boy liked mine so much he had to have one for gaming

The PC is perfect! the only issues I have with the product is that for one, the box and container was damaged by the time it arrived, and I didn't even receive a power cord!, other than that, the pc works amazing, and I'm satisfied with my purchase..

DO NOT BUY!!!!! If I could give 0 stars I would. I was new to PC gaming so when I saw the specs on this, it is hard to resist what they have to offer and I promise, it is too good to be true. I unboxed and started using the PC on 9/5/2020 and was ready to return it by 9/8/2020. Within a day of having it I was having issues with overheating or something but I am not sure because tech support at Ibuypower never answered me. At random times while using it or even when it was just sitting in my office on, the fans would randomly get very loud and then my screen would go black. Moving the mouse and hitting the keys did nothing. The screen would be black until the fans slowed down to a normal rate and then I restarted. I had it for 3 days and it already gave me issues. I returned it and I am glad I did. Upon talking to a Geek Squad employee after return he advised me to stay away from both Ibuypower as well as Cyberpower stating, "it is too good to be true and the PC's only look good on paper. They seem like they are going to be great but mechanically they are not sound". I absolutely advise against purchasing the item. The overall quality just does not seem to be there.

Really good Pc while it worked , it only worked for a year , now no one can fix it and the store won’t even touch it … moral of the story, I learned even from the employees this brand is a joke… called the company and they couldn’t help because it was a year and a month and they only cover a year and now I’m stuck with a pc no one wants to touch should have realized it when the fan lights didn’t turn on and I had to take it back to the store

So my experience with this product wasn't the greatest since only a month and a half after purchasing it made a popping sound and wouldn't turn back on. Up until that point It worked good.

Is a good pc I wish I could get more ssd memory but it does have space to add if you need to also you can upgrade it is really easy to do it my first gaming PC

I was to happy that I paid that much money for the tower to have scratches on the glass but the computer works great I just think for that much money it should not of had scratches on it

Cooling system was installed improperly which gave out on me within 2 years. PC started making more noise than usual so I figured it was dust. Can of air no use. Brought it in local PC store they said improper setup of cooling system with water cooling tubes installed upside down which made them dry out. They mentioned they have the same ibuypower pc with the same issue in store currently. $300 fix and they said I could have fried my CPU and motherboard. IBUYPOWER is NOT it.
