I contacted Bestbuy and there has to be an investigation. Not sure how good the pc is without the tools needed to operate it. Hopefully Bestbuy/iBuypower make this right. I planned on buying my daughter a pc for Christmas but the outcome of the investigation will definitely determine if I purchase it from here. 2 stars because it is a nice looking pc and what did arrive is not damaged.

Poor quality, wont buy again. Went with a custom build from Xidax instead. On a good note in the last 15k spent at Best Buy in the last 10 years this is the only item I have had to return.

The first PC, one of the fan lights stopped working right away, for the second PC the mouse did not work.

Then when returning the desktop to Best Buy, they inform me the video card and memory sticks aren’t the devices stated in the specs. Will advise Caution and confirm devices before leaving Best Buy.

Wifi doesn’t work

EXCEPT the wifi card doesn’t work. Constant weak signal or dropping signal completely. I find this hilarious because my computer isn’t far from the router at all... also my 7 year old laptop gets far better wifi connection without the giant ridiculous antenna sticking out of it.

The WiFi card in the computer and your laptop are different which is why you are seeing different signal strengths. We recommend checking to see if the drivers are updated for the WiFi card.

It's a great computer. However. Absolutely 0 fans on this thing work. None of the 4 case fans, nor the graphics card fans. The only one that does is the one on top of the CPU. I've tried everything, even replacing the fans. Nothing worked. So I have the side of the computer removed and an external desk fan blowing into it.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was excited to receive the system as I saw the deal online and I compared prices and surprisingly I couldn't even build the pc myself for the price that it had offered for this pc the only downside is the middle and bottom RGB lights were unplugged so I just had to plug them into the controller on the back other than that the only other things I noticed was the motherboard seemed a little on the cheaper side, cpu cooler, and if you open the back the cable management isn't the greatest but other than that this thing is a beast and can handle every game I throw on it pretty much with everything maxed out at over 100 fps.

I was on the phone with ibuypower tech support for hours and there was no fix. Apparently, it was most likely a defective graphics card. I returned the computer to Best Buy and now am looking at other options
