The airflow set on this system isn't really good and the CPU AIO cooler is probably one of the worst. At heavy load, my CPU temps were reaching 70+ degrees C. With a 2070 Super GPU, your system will overheat after long periods of gaming. I ended up returning the system after 2 weeks use.

This was the second one I bought after returning the first for a hard drive faluire. This one brought down after two weeks as well. These are not made with the same quality they were. i think they were made by a professional at one point and now that they are bigger, they hired sweatshop workers to slap them together for no pay.

Had it for less the a month and it will not work. Will not go past the Gigabyte Bios menu. Took it back to Best Buy to have them look at it and they told me I’d have to spent another $200 for them to install a windows update. Lousy product and absolutely the the worst service anywhere. AVOID THIS MACHINE AND THE BUSINESS!!

Is a great pc I guess. Once I started it up. The mouse amd keyboard doesn't work. they will light up but won't work at all. I've tries all the USB ports it's the same. The keyboard manage to work long enough for me to get to started then after that hasn't worked since

I was so excited. This was my first time purchasing a gaming computer. After carefully removing all the wrap, I plug everything in only for it to NOT start up. It keeps trying to boot, turning off and on repeatedly. No the plugs are not loose. I'm very upset and will be returning this piece of crap right back.

I was gaming just fine on it for about 3 hours having a blast and the whole computer froze on me. Now it keeps powering on and off by itself with nothing coming up on the monitor. So disappointed.

Everything in this pc is beautiful but it didn’t work. Pc would just power cycle over and over. Couldn’t get a hold of ibuypowers’s tech support so I returned.

So I do a lot of graphics design and digitizing so I had high hopes..There's a reason its not well known..Couldn't find tech support online and who wants to sit on the phone.. 2days in and WiFi is spotty (nothing wrong with signal) Bluetooth worked for only 2hours then it quit..

As someone who knows nothing about building computers, I love this one. It's very fast, my games run great, and it's also quiet, for those who care about that sort of thing. The RGB lights are also pretty cool. The keyboard and mouse are nice, but wired, so if you prefer wireless, you'll need to get your own. The only problem I had was installing the...wifi adapter, I think it's called? There's no explanation for it, I just happened to find the correct place to connect it and then had to reset my network for it to start working. The internet will tell you it's better and cheaper to build your own computer, but if you don't know enough about computers to build one but love gaming, this is a great one. It's probably more than I really need, but I got it on sale for Black Friday, so it was worth it.

I bought this computer first online, it broke upon arrival. Would not turn on. I got it replaced the same day with a new computer in store. The replacement computer then randomly stopped working AGAIN after 2 months. DO NOT BUY. Terrible, terrible company.

Bought this pc a little over a month ago and have had nothing but problems since. Anytime I game on it it freezes and crashes then reboots, have tried contacting both bestbuy and ibuypower customer support and have yet to speak with a real human.

I had two defective Ibuy's in a row. Their tech support people wanted me to take the computer apart and fix it myself. Thanks to the Best Buy people I traded in for an HP Omen which is working great.

Purchased this gaming computer for my son. He was very excited and could not wait to set it up at home. According to my son, the graphics and speed was one of the best that he had.

I bought this over three years ago, and it’s been nothing but great to me, it runs pretty much every game that I play ranging from the newest Call of Duty to Arma (not pushing it to a crazy amount), to whatever else I play without hesitation. I have not had any performance issues with the computer. The only issue I have had with it is the lack of storage space, especially with newer games pushing between 50-100 gigabytes just for initial install. In the end, the price is great, the hardware is great but not cutting edge, and the performance is high.

Don’t waste your money. I was really excited when I receive it first. When you come to realty you will be disappointed. Don’t waste your time and many.

Came defected and I had to pay $120.00 to shop it back to the company because the company doesn’t have a shipping label for the Virgin Islands . So upset

I picked this up as a birthday present for myself, and have been pleased as punch. Setup was easy, the unit is gorgeous, and despite all those fans, it is so quiet that it's eerie. There was a slight issue during setup (which was more Windows 10 than the PC), but aside from that, I'm very happy. Only ran minecraft so far, and it played very smoothly at fancy graphic setting with draw distance maxed. Looking forward to finally being able to check out some of those massive Skyrim mods and Subnautica.

This is the second time that BestBuy sent me a open box item. Shame on BB. Will be returning so they can mark it properly.
