Frustrated! 1 fan quit working & another is loud
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This iBuyPower PC had me fooled and I originally thought it was great... BUT, the fans in my iBUYPOWER PC either quit working or make loud noises. Within a few months of purchase, the top fan on the front quit working - no fan and no LED light ring. About a year in, one of the other fans started getting really loud at random times, even when the PC wasn't being used... and the only fix is to turn it off and then restart. The computer seems slow and will freeze up, even after barely using it or just turning it on. I am not a gamer so, but I do use Photoshop and Office software. The icing on the cake is that it DOES NOT HAVE TPM 2.0 and therefore cannot be upgraded to Window 11. If there is a setting for it in the BIOS, I sure can't find it. The PC is clean and dust free so that is not causing these issues. I am so frustrated with this computer. What is even more frustrating is that I am now reading A LOT of reviews about iBUYPOWER PC fans going out. So it seems to be a rampant problem.

Nice computer
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I did have some wires that were hitting the GPU fan making it sound quite loud, and I thought it may need to be returned. Luckily this was not the case. I also had an issue with one of the RGB lights not working, and found the light connector had come loose. Both of these I believe to be shipping issues , and no big deal. OVERALL I SOLID COMPUTER!
