Very happy with this purchase. When I booted it up for the first time, 2 fans were spinning but the RGB lights were not working. This was easily fixed by removing the metal panel (not the glass one) and reconnecting them. Was simple to fix. The computer comes well protected in it's box, it has a foam piece inside the computer itself to keep stuff from moving around in transit. Make sure to watch the unboxing video that the company produced, it helped me. I get a computer about every 5 years it seems.. so I'm always late to the game on these things.. but this computer has two new-to-me features I have to talk about: 1. It has magnetic removable dust covers. Easy to clean. I had personally never seen that before, good feature to have on a computer. 2. Solid State Drive. I had never had a computer with one before. After reading up about them, I guess the SSD can be responsible for the boot time. And my goodness this boots up hella fast. Near instant. Especially from sleep mode. Blew me away. What a game changer. So, I'm not a gamer by any means, I'm using this as my personal and business computer. Regardless, I bought Witcher 3 (released 5 or so years ago) and this computer plays it wonderfully with all settings maxed, with all background characters and possible details. Seriously, every city street has a gazillion people in it, and every blade of grass can be seen. Witcher 3 is an absolute beautiful game, I highly recommend it to those who haven't played it, and I'm happy to be able to play it thanks to this computer. Overall very pleased. No issues so far, I've had it for 1 month. A great computer for me.

After the first 48 hours, I could not be happier with my purchase! I didn't buy my computer (BB972) from iBUYPOWER directly so I wasn't able to use my favorite content creator's code (TeePee). The speed is amazing, the graphics (no overclocking and still getting 120-144 FPS in Warzone). I couldn't be happier. I would definitely recommend iBUYPOWER to someone that doesnt necessarily want to build their own PC!

Very easy to set up, very quiet, fast and elegant, very pleased with the quality and the performance

Let me start off with this machine has been a champ so far crushing just about everything I throw at it including VR which is why I bought it in the first place. If you don’t feel like building a machine but want something with stock parts, easily upgrade-able, and not over priced like OEM machines are then look no further. The reason for the three stars is because these gaming desktops are aimed at people who want something to open and immediately start playing games or novice computer users who want a spec’d out PC but don’t know how to build one. And the first issue out of the box was the SSD was completely unplugged. This made it a poor first impression when you turn on your brand new gaming desktop and it won’t boot. Luckily I’m tech savvy so I opened the side panel and plugged the drive back in. This is when I noticed other stuff that removes a star. The front LED fan cable was unplugged from the controller as well so I plugged that in too. But the overall cable management is absolutely terrible. Granted the side you can see through looks fine. It’s still not an excuse for crummy cable management which I believe to be the cause for the cables being unplugged. At least I hope it was that and not somebody just plain forgetting to plug them in. Again I’m happy with my purchase and the specs it comes with for the price. Just don’t be surprised if one or two things come unplugged :)

I bought this computer because of the design and powerful components. I got i7 9700f,16 GB ram, and more importantly the GPU msi RTX 2070 8GB... And it's so fast...boots up in seconds. I saw some reviews about unplugged wires. They tell you on the sheet to complete 3 steps. That it cam come off, why is it so bigo deal? Over all I love it my first gaming pc even I don't play games. Will buy some games and try..

I have brought this pc about a week ago and it came on time it was 2 day shipping and came in perfect condition and i have been using this all day ever since. Pc has no noise and it runs smooth and runs any game with its full potential. It has a a lot of storage for multi gaming and perfect ram and the rtx makes everything look wild. This is the best pre-build its price.

For this PC, the value is great - Case: It has tempered glass on the front and on the side window panel. The tempered glass makes it a little darker where the RGB isn't as bright as other models I have seen. There are 3 large fans on the front, one large fan on the MB and a large rear exit fan. There a top and bottom vent that comes with magnetic mesh to prevent dust from getting inside. The graphics card comes with MULTIPLE DisplayPort plugins which means you can dual monitor your 144hz displays. - RGB Lighting: Unlike other models where there are 3 or 4 pre-set color palletes, this one has a HUGE variet, 100% customizable color settings for your RGB needs. Im not huge on RGB like some people, but look up the software on YouTube - "RGB Fusion" to understand what you can do with it - Keyboard and Mouse: The mouse is a wired RGB Ibuypower mouse (model Zeus E2). It is okay but not top line. The Keyboard is the real kicker. Its the IBP Ares M1 and it feels amazing. Its a wired keyboard with RGB backlighting. Other models in this price range do not have this decent of a keyboard. Its mechanical keys, however they are "soft" meaning they don't have the loud clicking other ones do. I prefer the soft noise, but the feel of the mechanical so for me it is perfect. It looks beautiful, it runs amazing (you can review the hardware components online easily). The wires all came properly connectd, mounting brackets 100% installed nice and tight with great wire management. Very impressed with the build. The cooling could be a TAD better, but it works fine.

So far loving the computer. Starts up in less than 3 seconds from press of power button, runs my Xbox Game Pass games like a charm, steam games, everything really on max settings. Make sure to download GE Experience to keep the Graphics card driver up to date and run your windows drivers when you get it asap. The lights aren't as bright as I thought either, not annoying at all.

I've owned this PC for exactly 2 months now and I've had virtually zero problems. Straight out of the box it was very easy to set up and everything runs smoothly. I'm a gamer and this PC works great for me. My main games are Fortnite, COD (MP & Warzone), Rocket League, and Apex Legends. The graphics look great and I get very solid frames on all of those games.

This desktop is the best one I have owned. The case is amazing looking and the RGB lights are a really nice touch. The unit itself runs quiet and is very powerful. I have no issues streaming games on it whether using a capture card or native hardware. Best purchase I could have made for the games I play (which run on ultra settings) and my streaming goals.

I was apprehensive about buying a pre-built system, having had much experience in building, selling, and troubleshooting PC's until I moved from retail IT into enterprise IT. That said, I do not have the time or energy to do it all anymore, so I explore my pre-built options and for a mid-range PC, ibuypower seemed to be the way to go. Name brand, non-proprietary parts, with a cool aesthetic that the kids would like. I can say, having had it installed for 3 days now, that so far so good. Just for good measure, I checked all connections in case something slipped in shipping, but all was well. Hooked it up, powered it on, and went to work. I can't say I could be happier with a machine I built myself at the moment. I may upgrade the power supply down the line to something I know and trust more, but that is personal preference as a PSU is the one item that can kill an entire PC. The glass case and fan lights look sharp and the kids love them. I did use the RGB keyboard which looks good and is decent for a freebie. I did not use the mouse as I already have an RGB mouse that I prefer. As far as performance, boot time is about 20 seconds, all games I have played are maxed, but the most challenging to date is The Outer Worlds. Figure I will find something with ray tracing and give it a real workout soon.

After extensive searching for a PC to buy for now as well as future proofing, I looked at multiple builds and decided to go with this. Absolutely love it. graphics are clear as heck, hitting higher FPS on every game than i anticipated. Only complaint is the keyboard included which i hate with the F1 cap upside down, but the main product is terrific.

Amazing PC! Easily worth the price and easy to upgrade!

Our family has enjoyed using this model for gaming and productivity. It runs Destiny, Elite Dangerous, MS Flight Sim, No Man's Sky, and many other games. We may upgrade the graphics card now that the new NVIDIA's are out, and I wish I had gone with two SSD's, but that reflects our choice base on cost, not the quality of the product.

This thing is amazing. I researched and bought this based on other reviews, and I'm glad I did. This PC runs smooth, is quiet, looks nice, and is powerful. Follow the directions and check wiring like instructed. 2 of the RGBs for the fans were not seated all the way. Simple enough fix. Plenty of hook ups for monitors/VR/peripherals etc.

Amazing performance, speedy, high end graphics card

Incredibly quiet and powerful. Picked up product yesterday morning and it was as simple as plug and play. Computer immediatly received windows updates and i was playing COD inside of one hour. Handles games incredibly. Call of Duty: Modern Warfare on high settings 1080p @ 165hz. No complaints will continue buying products from iBUYPOWER
