super easy set up, wicked fast, definitely worth the money.

The pc is very good and worth every penny. Runs games smooth

I will start off by saying that this PC was great performance wise. However, after spending most of the day updating, downloading programs, and setting it up. I found that the keyboard was malfunctioning. I contacted Best Buy and was told that I had to return the whole machine and that they could not give me a keyboard from a different PC. The customer service agent also told me that the people in the Computer department as well as the Manager were busy. I contacted Gamdias and was told that I had to send the keyboard in to them to evaluate before they could send me a replacement...and I had to pay for shipping. Ultimately I am boxing the machine back up and returning. I will no longer shop at Best Buy and will purchase a different machine somewhere else.

I had brought this computer about 7 months ago and decided to leave a review now. The computer is overall great, its even VR ready! I can play practically any game I want on the highest settings and have an average of almost 200 frames. I would recommend this PC to anyone looking for a computer to play on.

And I left with this PC. First of all, the team member that helped us, Matt, was AWESOME and deserves a raise for being so patient with us. Second, we had NO IDEA we were going to be walking out with this computer the same day, and we did! I'm so excited to have a PC again, and I'm ready to get back into PC gaming.

First off I am 5 hours into owning this new pc. For the most part pretty easy to get all the drivers and everything updated pretty quickly. However the top front fan will not change colors like the rest. I was able to select the color by tapping the tower itself. Pretty disappointed that this was damaged before I got it. I will make the inquiry with ibuypower and best buy.

This a very nice pc. It has amazing build quality. And it can guarantee good frames. And it gets me high frames in games like Valorant and Fortnite. The only con was the headset and mic port. Which IBuyPower's customer service helped me with.

This is my first Gaming PC, and it is awesome. The PC looks good and is very practical for gaming. The keyboard is very cool and ergonomic also, as well as the mouse which is very comfortable to hold. Would recommend for anyone thinking of getting a PC.
