Amazing PC with rgb and high profile parts inside, keyboard lighting had some issues on first boot up but other than that I'd rate this computer 10/10.

Researched for a while in computers and based on reviews and advice from friends, went with this one! So far it seems great and can't wait to use it more!

Great Product. Good packing inside for the components. All I had to do was unbox, plug in, and I was ready to game. Definitely recommend .

This desktop can run very needy games. you never have to worry if your graphics setting is too high because this desktop can handle the job.

Came ready to go and plays my games at the highest settings. I don't mind not having to build a PC-honestly great for beginner gamers.

Received 2 systems this week. So far so good! Only problem is that one of the computers didn't come with that foam insert so I had to fix some things that got jacked up with shipping

Everything works wonderfully! My only issue was the store only had one in stock and the one they had came with a cracked keyboard. they checked it and made sure it works before I purchased it.

The title says it all. Within 24 hours of setup, three things were already wrong with it. 1) The topmost front fan ceased working. It was working when I first turned it on, but after turning it off to go out for more Xmas shopping, neither the light ring nor the topmost front fan itself on top were running after turning it on again. 2) Out of the box, the upper WiFi connection outlet simply spun around without seeming to have anything connected to it from the inside at all. I was not able to use their WiFi to connect at all. I had to use an Ethernet cable to connect. 3) Installing peripherals did not go as smoothly as I expected. either. Although it installed both my mouse and my keyboard, I still had to go to each manufacturer's web site and download the right program for my mouse and my keyboard. I will admit that it installed its own mouse and keyboard successfully, and installed my keyboard and my mouse as 'generic' devices. Please note that this is not the first time I have had problems with IBuyPower machines. My older IBuyPower machine was so problem-prone that my entire family began calling it a 'lemon' quickly. I shall never buy another IBuyPower machine again. Hopefully, the HP Omen machine we replaced it with will not have these types of issues.

As many of the reviews state, there is some quality issues with the RGB Fans not working when I first plugged in the computer. Runs pretty well and does what I need it to.
