PC works well had a couple hiccups out of the box with the RGB lights not being plugged in. Called customer service and they helped guide me how to see if the lights were broken or needed to just be plugged in. After about 10 mins on the phone they told me how to take the back panel off and plug them in and the PC has been working great.

This is an excellent computer but it stopped working after 3 weeks.

Works well so far but the space bar is a little weird

Processor Fan come riddling. But over all still works.

Is the video that shows the PC real? liquid system?

After about 6 months of use, the desktop doesn't start up anymore. It blinks for a bit and goes off immediately. The technical support contact on the iBUYPOWER website seems like a hoax, there is no one to answer on any of the numbers. Just one of the numbers "work" and they just keep you on hold forever (have been on hold for more than an hour a couple times). The email request on the support page also goes unanswered, has been more than a week since I had emailed. If there is any iBUYPOWER representative active here, please help! I would be more than happy to convert it to 5 star if I receive adequate help.

I bought the gaming PC from best buy after reading the reviews. But within one year, my PC memory card is giving problem and having frequent blue screen. Never have desktop giving problem for normal use in less than one year. So I am not sure materials that used are high quality. But customer service will give default 5th position every time you call and will not move. Best buy should take responsibility on the manufacturer otherwise it will affect their image also. No more from ibuypower.

Terrible, Ordered over 10 days ago and my kids have been waiting patiently then 1 day before supposed delivery Best Bull sends an email that this order has been cancelled. No reason given, just cancelled. Will be leaving hundreds of this exact post all over the internet and Best Buy site! Gotta go - lots of web sites to copy and paste this review...... I drove 20min for store pick up and found out there is only 480 SSD, missing 1TB of HDD. I called the customer service, and they told me the only option will be returning to the store, and I will have to wait until they have in stock to replace with a new one...
