Great for beginners but I replaced 3 rgb within a month of owning it the 8gb 4060 is pretty limited too

After less than 3 weeks the fan assembly in the front of case rattle and sound like they are on their last leg. After about 2 to 3 min they quiet down and ron fine. But computer seems to be loading programs ( games ) much slower.

Definitely a good purchase. Easy set up and looks amazing

So far so good. I just wish the system had one more HDMI slot.

It runs good but tends to need a storage clean up after a year more often than not

Got this as a Bday/Christmas gift for my nephew. His bday was Nov.28th and that is when he opened and set it up....as of last week it does not work. I am literally having him reach out to customer service today to see how that goes. Right now its a 3 star for me casue its too early for this to be happening

Working great almost a year later. Been using regularly for gaming and work.

Great computer for its cost, lacking a little in ram but overall is a good computer. I would recommend to most of my friends but not all of them.

JUST over a year and this thing fries because I asked it to shut down. It looks like other people have this issue with this computer as well. I wouldn’t chance almost $1k on it, look elsewhere. I also always had internet connection issues with it, had a very short range while my husbands computer next to it ran fine.

Solid setup for a gaming pre-built. Top fan arrived a little loose but quick tighten fixed that no problem!

*BEWARE* I had to return the defective computer once and then 2 months later the power supply went out again. i changed the power supply and pc runs great now. If you have this pc and dont know why it just turned off randomly and wont turn back on, it is the cheap and crappy power supply.

Was making a humming sound when started, took it to the store, diagnostic was a fan bearing and was told by Geeksquad that if there was work that needed to be done, i would have to pay for the repairs out of pocket. Consider the fact that i had purchaed it two days earlier, where is the guarantee on a brand new items. Why do i have to worry about repairs on this, i was told i would have to call the manufacturer and deal with the parts situation my self. Geek squad wanted to do nothing with this. Other than to put the part in, thankfully i have total tech if not i run the risk of having to pay Geeksquad for the repair, ON A BRAND NEW MACHINE!!!!!

Stopped working after 6 day! Worked amazing and everything i wanted out of a pc! Randomly turned it off like normal. Next startup, pc would not boot. Luckily in still in warranty and will be getting a new one, but definitely skeptical about the second one working as intended, maybe just a bad component but as of this first one disappointed is the least i can say.
