Came damaged, but exchanged with no issues

I opened it to find a 2 inch dent in the top panel. When I contacted iBuyPower's customer support the guy was very helpful (and didn't have some foreign accent, so I could understand him easily), and I was able to exchange it at the Best Buy with no issues. The packaging looked solid, so I don't know how the first one got damaged, but it was hardly even an inconvenience to get it replaced. 5 stars :)
