The main reason why I bought it was for gaming so I play fortnite. I run most setting on epic and it runs great. I encountered no problems and also browsing the web is smoothe. Going on YouTube and everything is easy I love this pc would definitely recommend it for gaming and multi use

The only thing that is bad about this computer is that it doesn't come with the RGB LED lighting! Other than that it is a very great computer! I would highly recommend this product!

The only downside I do not like about is the mouse does not have the best DPI settings ( There is only 2 settings, Low DPI and High DPI).

I bought it about 3 months ago and in that amount of time we had to take it in three times. The first time the Operating System crashed and had to be reset. The second time we had to take it in was when it was having a hard time playing games. That was just a setting problem. The third time we took it in the motherboard had failed. Best Buy said that they could ship it to iBuyPower, but they later told us that iBuyPower would not take it from them and we would have to ship it to them and they said that it could take up to a month to fix. Not very happy because my son just pre ordered a game and now he has no computer for that game. I would not recommend this computer.

used/refurbished CPU cooler

On top of that the box clearly stated an RBG remote controller was included but mine was not present.

We do not advertise the system with RGB on Best Buy as it does not come with. The label on the box was a misprint and we apologize for the confusion. Thank you!

The HDD has failed, so we brought it up to best buy to get the issue resolved. The support representative informed us that all we could do is buy a new HDD from them and pay for them to install it ($199 + Hdd cost). It really sucks we put nearly $1000 down for a new computer and now we are going to have to put $300-$400 down more to be able to use something that was faulty and failed while the computer is still under warranty. We will now be contacting the manufacterer to see if anything can be done, but since we bought this through best buy they should have supported the product they sold us. Next time we will buying directly from the manufacter site instead.
