So far so good, my son love it. It has been a month and he has been playing on it without any issue.

I have had this PC for a couple of months now and it is one of the best I've ever owned. There has been little-to-no loading times in games with it. The only slight gripe is that the wifi antenna included with it isn't the most powerful and I would recommend a direct plugin for the internet.

Great CPU. It is bigger than what i thought coming out of the box. However, the sleek look and the power and quick boot up time is amazing. Defintaly appealing to the eye as well.! I love this computer and cant wait to put it to the test. Keyboard and mouse is amazing as well.

Pc was fast and powerful but my xbox controller wouldnt connecr via Bluetooth.

good pc, just one thing i didn't get the control to change my rgb does anyone know what software to use to change the rbg fan lights?

A good looking starter PC. Graphics Card will definitely need to be upgraded.

It does the job for my 17 yr old grandson and his gaming. He's happy with it.

The Desktop works perfect. The case, keyboard and mouse all have lights flashing functionality, which looks amazing. However, I think more instructions should be included in the menu like how to install WIFI antenna and turn off keyboard lights.

Booted perfectly upon first installation, ran games perfectly at max settings. Shut her down for the night, after the lights turned off I flicked the PSU switch and as of this morning, the PC continuously boot-loops (turns on, lights and fans start up, runs for about 10 seconds with no display and then shuts off before starting again.) I’ve cleared the cmos (no button or battery, 2 leads that needed to be shorted) reseated almost every component, and tested the PSU using a wire (in which the fan started up). I’ve come to the conclusion that it was shipped faulty, and will be returning it to Best Buy for repairs. Hopefully they won’t have to return it and ship a new one because, again, it was working perfectly! I had everything set up and don’t want to go through that again.

Got the pc about 3-4 days ago and i absolutely love it. was skeptical at first due to recent research on reviews with the gpu being bended or some form of problem. but i am 100% satisfied with this build. case is a decent size as well has room for upgrades, motherboard is good 4 ram slots with 2 m.2 slots. very solid first pc

Had to return and reorder the first one due to a bad graphics card. Bluetooth doesn't work in second unit but hard to find so had to keep it and use a workaround. So far, pretty fast but not sure I would buy again.

PC came very fast actually came in a day earlier than it was expected to arrive. This is my first gaming PC and I couldn't be any happier with what I got. This Pc runs all of my games great and I would definitely recommend this PC.
