Q: Is the 16 GB of ram dual channel?
A: Yes it is
Q: Does it have 2 hdmi ports for two monitors?
A: I looked up the GTX 1660 and its showing some that have an hdmi and a display port, and then some that have an hdmi and three display ports... trying to figure out which one is in this one.

Q: When does it normally restock?
A: I talked to an associate at the store. They restock on the 29th and I heard you should try to get it early because they sell out as fast as they get them
Q: Is the pc ready to go out of the box once the monitor is all setup and stuff like that?
A: Yes, it came fully pre-built and was ready to use right out of the box. Just had to remove all the stickers and screw on the wifi antennas on the back, and then go through windows setup/updates, etc.. it booted up fine first time. I did have to open the case quick to remove the stickers from both sides of the glass. The case is very easy to open.
