Had it for a few months now. CPU works great! Plays COD Warzone flawlessly and some emulator games effortlessly. The fan can be a bit loud, but unnoticeable. Mouse works good, but the F6 key on my keyboard got stuck. I advise buying a separate mouse and keyboard if you plan heavy use. I would advise this PC to anyone.

My experience in best buy was amazing, everyone was very helpful and provided us with information and different types of products from Ibuypower. There service at best buy was amazing and couldn't have gone better.

It was quick and easy to order, and it was a very smooth transaction when picking it up. It was extremely easy to set up when the time came and it looks absolutely amazing. Very excited and happy with it being my first PC.

Great computer for the price, i am able to play multiple games on multiple screens and work and take my online classes with no issues even with the games running in the background. Great performance for the price.

It was ok, returned it to try and get something that was actually going to be Windows 11 compatible, this pc is not going anywhere in the future of new OS. So thats why i returned mine. Good other than that.

The PC I got from BestBuy, built by iBuyPower, is amazing! The fans are a little bit louder than I was expecting but not at all bothersome compared to the quality of the build. Would recommend :)

just received my desktop last night. When I tried to hook it up, i notice the display was not working properly. Once i got into window and check the device manager, yup it showed the graph card was not working. After downloaded the latest driver from Gigabyte.com and installed it, it still did not work. I am going to bring it to a BEST BUY store and see if they can fix it. If not, sadly I will have to return it and look elsewhere for a new gaming desktop. Very disappointed.

I love this computer! It has really smooth gameplay and can play games with high graphics on it with high FPS. Lots of memory. I would highly recommend buying this PC. All in all, 10/10!

I've been able to play all games I have on Steam, Epic, Battlenet, etc. No complaints :) ill use the extra fan space sometime soon, just to keep everything nicely ventilated

It’s a great pc. All except for the SSD. They use Neo Forza SSD and they are notorious for having issues. I have had mine less than a month and it has already gone out. Highly recommend upgrading your Solid State drive quickly. Other than that it’s an awesome system.

Unfortunately I had to return this product as what I needed it for is not compatible with windows 11 but if it wasn't for that I would have kept it for sure.

The perfect computer for my 13 year old son who is getting into gaming. We love that we can have multiple monitors set up for expansive video options.

My grandson has not gotten off this since I got it for him. He loves it. We would so buy this computer again.

Truly the pc is really good the colors look different but still good and it has good enough space for games like fortnite and call of duty all around 8/10

Audio options are THE WORST! I bought this last Christmas for my son and every day it’s an issue with headphones syncing, speakers microphone, it works one day and then it doesn’t work the next day, not much help online. I’ve wasted so much precious time - for the price this should have been much more user friendly. Now it’s a year later and I’m looking again for a computer for my son that I don’t have to fight with every other day. When I DOES work, my son enjoys it, but I want to throw it out the window.

Great starter PC for people who want to get into the gaming world on PC but aren't sure where to start. We love this computer and would recommend it.

This computer is super cool looking and it replaced my Xbox X. Running 165+ fps it’s quiet and doesn’t overheat. Love it and highly recommend it

I haven't opened this yet cause it is a Christmas Present for my daughter. But the over all is it came fast and I had no problem getting it.

My son saved his money and then some to buy this. Besides being a nice looking gaming computer, it has a lot of space to expand. He loves it!
