I bought this pc for myself more than a year ago and have only been able to use it TWICE! It has broken twice and was just completely unreliable. I’ve had to spend too much money to try and fix it. It looks great but does not work. Complete waste of money. I’m very unhappy.

it was good,works well right now. Get over 200 fps easily in most games.

System works great the second time around. First system came with a bad gpu and wasn’t packaged the way the company promotes to protect components. Saving grace is BestBuy made it right and got me a second real quick and everything works.

Computer does everything as needed but bluetooth does not work!!! Tried calling ibuypower customer service but wait time was almost 2 hours! The computer specs are decent. Mouse and keyboard are very bad....

I just pucked up the pc yesterday and it works amazing and runs games very smoothly but when i got everything set up and plugged in i noticed that none of the fan lights are working.

Good computer. Runs great. But it was delivered with extreme damage to the pci slot. Rendering it near useless

It seems to have bad graphics card. Helpdesk was not helpful and not easy to contact. Had to return this item.

Worse PC purchase ever, regret buying an ibuypower PC. It was my first time and will be the last time. Lasted for 3 weeks until endless bootloop, Bestbuy provided fast and efficient service but it was up to the ibuypower to RMA the defective part. If only I could have returned the PC in time I wouldn't have had to wait over a month and a half to still have a non working PC. Ibuypower has one of the most incompetent RMA departments I have ever dealt with, which you should avoid. Expect an over an hour plus wait for phone tech support and between 24 to 48 hours email reply for RMA support per reply. RMA for a part is about 2 to 3 weeks turn around and since they got it wrong twice now. I am left with a shiny lemon of a PC sitting there looking pretty but is unable to use. You are better off buying an Apple, HP, or Dell computer that provides mediocre but definitely faster and better after sales support then this company. This is no fault of Bestbuy, which has provided prompt and efficient support to what they can provide.

Motherboard seems to be outdated. It works well, but was expecting a little more from it.

It was a cool looking PC. I ended up returning as the PSU wasn't the wattage I was expecting

I purchased this as a birthday gift for my son in August 2021. My son used it for maybe 20 total hours before it crashed and wouldn't boot back up. We took it into store and had Geek Squad 'repair' it. Got it home and it worked for 2 tries. It now no longer will boot up again. Clearly it is defective and Best Buy makes no warranty past 30 days for this product. I'm out over $1,800 at this point for nothing. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS COMPUTER! TERRIBLE PRODUCT AND MANUFACTURER ONLY PROVIDES A 30 DAY WARRANTY!
