Purchased two brand new computer towers from this brand both had issues with the HDMI plug for the monitor. Basically the monitor did not recognize the tower or even being connected. I was astonished with the fact that I had got two of them in a row with the same issue. I tested my brand new monitor with my laptop and it works perfectly… so it wasn’t the monitor. Would not recommend this brand at all. You get what you pay for! Pay a little bit more and buy quality.

SSD hard drive died within 2 weeks. Was told by BB to go through manufacturer and it has now taken over 2 weeks to fix and this is my work computer.

You will get a lot more lemons with iBuypower bc they create a Franken-computer from components of different manufacturer' that may not always work together. My $1500.00 light show couldn't produce an image on the monitor, it just had pretty lights. HOWEVER, the store manager made it right, he ordered me a HP Omen with all the same features this one had. I'll create a review of it once it comes in.

horrible pc. restarts on its own. freezes once every 10 mins.

I have had this PC for over 3 years now, and I cannot recommend it enough. I play video games for many hours of the day, and this PC keeps up with all of it. Never have I had issues running games, never overheats, stays connected to any internet flawlessly. The only issue I have had is needing to get the PSU replaced because the fan went out, but even then that was after 2.5 years of very very heavy gaming. Excellent for a first time PC owner, or even experienced PC owners.

Hello, I was browsing a lot before the purchase and decided to take ibuypower pc because of the specs and price. Using it for a little bit more than 1 week and I am so happy. I am mostly play CS:GO (always have 400 FPS) so I am happy with it. The keyboard and mouse is cheap ones but its better than nothing. The fans are so quiet and even after 7-8 hours gaming the PC is still not even warm. The design is AWESOME, I really like the RGB coloring. Delivered with no damage and even before the expected day of delivery. I will 100% suggest to anyone who is looking for a good PC with not expensive price

Less than a year in the SSD blew. Tried to contact ibuypower for the warranty and spent several hours on hold before the line disconnected. No resolution.

I bought this gaming computer and wow my mind is blown. I really wanted a good gaming pc, and I wasn't sure what to go with, but this pc is awesome. First the setup took me less than a couple minutes. All you have to do is tell them your name and accounts and your good to go. I have had no problems so far and it is a cheaper computer for something this good. You can't usually find a steal like this but here you go.

My wife absolutely loves it to this day! She games, streams, edit photos, draws, and does everyday tasks on it and 3 years later is still a powerful machine!

i love it so much! not only are the aesthetics of it very pretty but it runs smooth and quick as well. i'm not a huge gamer, but i wanted to have good specs in case i do need it for a game i want to play. i already played genshin impact on it and it runs very smooth and the graphics are amazing! i also paired it with the Samsung T350 monitor and it looks great. would definitely recommend this!! :D it was super easy to set up (they also have videos on youtube showing you how if you need it) and the only thing i'm a bit confused about is how to change the rgb, but i'll figure it out lol

Setting up the desktop was super easy and no headache. The computer ran better than i expected and have been able to run every game i own at best quality. the quality of the desktop is very nice and looks really. would defiantly recommend

After easy setup and using it for a while, this pc can pretty much handle anything and is really quiet. I'm not the biggest fan of the front design and how it kind of sticks out but other than that its a great build!

A great gaming PC for the price! I bought and had this particular IBuyPower PC for a couple of weeks and its still going strong!! Recommended for those that want a high end gaming PC within a decent budget.

This gaming PC is really worth for the price! I got this during a black friday sale and was able to save some money. This pc is really nice looking and also runs very smoothly!

This pc is super fast, it has great cooling systems, and has great rgb lighting. I've had the pc for about a month now and the specs are great and it works very well.
