Best music artist of the year. All the music are good.

I still can't get enough of Walking on a Dream album and I've been playing it dozens of times since 2009. It's one of the best albums ever in my opinion. I was really looking forward to their second album. From the very beginning you know it's Empire of the Sun. It's more dreamy and more main stream compared to the first album. But that doesn't bother me. I just wish they sounded more acoustic, more guitars and real drums and less samples and vocoders. I still give this album 5 starts because each and every song is very catchy, fun and enjoyable.

I bought this album, along with walking on a dream. Ice on the dune is better in my opinion. To many good songs. Love the song I'll be around.

Empire of the Sun has followed up there 1st album quite well, especially with DNA and Old Flavours. Worth buying the whole album

Love Empire of The Sun. Hard to find their CD's sometimes. Was glad to find this at Best Buy. Great CD.

Great album. Keeps up with the first. Highly recommend if you enjoy indie, synth pop, electronic music.

The CD is worth getting for its blockbuster hit, "Alive"! But, the rest of the CD is wonderful as well. Get it!

one of the best of albums of 2013 and a great summer cd

This album was a random purchase and have only listened to its' entirety maybe 3 times. This album did not produce the "epic" trance songs that I was hoping for and most of the songs are boring to listen too. I would not recommend this album to anyone looking for an upbeat trance "adventure" album.

1st/First Review! INCREDIBLE! Ok, let me start by saying that this is Empire Of The Sun! Bought this Album today, on it's release date! (6/18/2013# Empire Of The Sun did it once AGAIN! Their second debut album "Ice On The Dune" is another Album CD HIT! I can't say enough about this album; Like on their first 2008 Debut Album CD "Walking On A Dream"! My thoughts on this Album CD are the same, if not BETTER than from "Walking On A Dream". #See my other review.# Now, For those of you who don't know of Empire Of The Sun, Their music is like NO OTHER! THEY ARE A MUSIC GENRE OF THEIR OWN! Their music to most can sound a mixture of Pop, Dance, Electronica, and other genres, but their Electronic music. I remember seeing them live 2-3 times in San Francisco, CA U.S.A. numerous times. I even met them backstage! THEYARE MY IDOLS! Listening to their music takes you out of this world. Their really is nothing like it in this world. The Album CD gets 5/Five Stars hands down! *****! DIAMOND! GOLD! PLATINUM! SILVER! This is EVERYTHING! Their really isn't enough words to describe how amazing they are! Just BUY it and ENJOY!
