First time you claimed the cable wire was too low in front of my driveway even though you drove under it to deliver the refrigerator. This is simply an icemaker, for the same refrigerator. THesecond time is today, two days off work waiting for you, you say we will be there in ten minutes, do not show and never call.

Not worth it and doesn’t work

Waited months for this to be come and get installed and it does t work. Now have another one coming to be installed. If second one doesn’t work we will stick to ice trays and get money back. Not worth it or the hassle

Lousy service

Bought the icemaker and waited a month. First one delivered was wrong one according to installer from BB. Waited again and a second one was shipped here direct. Spoke to BB employees calling from Florida for my Colorado install (what?) weeks ago and still dont have an icemaker except the one sitting on my office floor.

I even called the manufacturer, and was told that they were not making the product anymore. Therefore, I searched the web, and Best Buy purchased it for me. It is an Excellent purchase!
