I have an LG fridge model LRTLS2403S with internal water filtration system and built-in water dispenser. Installation of this ice maker kit (LK75C) was actually impressively easy to install for my specific fridge model, because all the water valves and lines that come with the kit were actually already installed in my fridge, due to having an internal water filtration system and dispenser built in. So all I had to do was simply unplug the fridge, mount the ice maker to the side wall of the freezer with a few screws, plug the wire harness to the connector located on the back wall of the freezer, and then connect the fill tube line to the already installed water supply line for the ice maker hanging on the backside of the fridge. I did not even have to turn off the water supply during installation on my model of fridge. The only tool I needed was a Phillips screwdriver. Installation took around 20 minutes, Please take note, that after I finished installing the kit and plugged the power cord back into the wall socket, it took about 15 minutes for the compressor to kick back on. Also, I did hear some hissing sounds as water was moving through the line into the ice maker. It took about an hour to fill up with water and begin making cubes. I recommend this kit to anyone with fridge model LRTLS2403S. There were more complex instructions and installation looked tougher for other fridge models without the water filtration system and water dispenser built in, but for the LRTLS2403S it was a breeze. The ice maker works great and produces great tasting, filtered ice.

Doesn’t take up as much room as my previous one. Is quiet except for ice throwing and filling but that is ok. Works great. I’m very happy with it!

This was a full kit, not just the ice maker. Other sellers do not include housing or collection tray. It was easy and straight forward to install. Only con is it took 2 months to arrive from being back ordered and it only ships to store. No home deliveries. But if you can wait this is the best kit to get.
