The controls that come with it are somewhat confusing until you memorize what sequence to push the buttons to unlock the doors and start the car. Otherwise it does what it's supposed to and it will start the car up to 300 ft away which we have done just to try it.

Does the everything I need it to do unlock my doors ,trunk . Starts my car up from good distance love it. If you don't have a remote start get one can't go wrong!!!

The wait wasn't that long and the technician was very friendly and courteous showed me how to use the remote start. I'm very pleased with this remote system .

They had to charge one penny to get it ordered. The car tech paid that penny for me. No issues with the remote start.
