My Daughter Loves It

It was time for an upgrade and this was the perfect choice. Clear sound that she falls asleep to every night. The LED lighting is a nice bonus.

Haven't used Bluetooth yet....the colors are vibrant and pretty. I do recommend that you cut that off when sleeping, as it can be quite bright. All in all, I love it.

A Step Back in Features
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I am disappointed in this alarm clock for several reasons: 1 - Volume of alarm tone is not very loud. My son sleeps through this (the previous iHome clock was louder). 2 - No weekend/weekday selection for alarm clocks. The old iHome did this. My son does not like waking up at 6:45 on weekends, but he won't remember to turn on alarm Sunday night. 3 - Alarm stopped generating any sound at all after a month. That's not going to work.

Cool-looking

However, the speaker on this unit is not satisfactory. I have a $35 Amazon Basics speaker that sounds twice as good as this thing. I do not agree with some of the other reviews that claim this speaker is good quality for the money. I am a musician, though, so maybe I have a stronger sense of audio perception. I will probably keep the device for the clock itself and the nice ambience of the light, and because I do not wish to go through the hassle of returning it.

As a musician you have a different perception and may need to upgrade to a more powerful model. Switched to a different cord and it wouldn't charge at all. Switched to my husbands clock and the same thing happened. Tried the cords on 2 different devises and no problem. My husband refuses to use the alarm clock as too difficult. Hard to turn off the alarm. These are not atomic clocks. The background color lights up the room. We like the ones I bought for my sons better. These are not worth the money. Too late to return the pieces of junk.

For some reason it stopped working the day before the best buy warranty ran out so i was able to get my money back.

Posted .This is not normal for the iBT29 is a Bluetooth-enabled alarm clock. We are sorry to hear about your malfunction. Please reset the clock.
1. Remove the batteries from the unit.
2. Unplug the unit from its power source.
3. Wait 20 minutes.
4. Plug the unit into a power source (without batteries).
If normal operation is restored, insert "new" batteries into the unit. If your problem persists and you cannot exchange at Best Buy, please contact our Support Team for a resolution at 1-800-288-2792 Mon - Fri from 8am - 4pm EST.

Posted .There are several alarm functions. If the buzzer is not loud enough, you can set the alarm to radio and turn the volume all the way up.
