1. Remove the batteries from the unit.
2. Unplug the unit from its power source (AC adapter).
3. Wait 20 minutes.
4. Plug the unit into a power source (without batteries).
If normal operation is restored, insert "new" batteries into the unit.
If the problem persists, please contact our Support Team so we can bring the unit in for evaluation.

HUGE Design Mistakes

The quality of the device is good as well. CONS: (1) too much wasted space on the front - you only see the time. (2) you should be able to see the date on the front display, since you can set the clock to the current date. (3) you should be able to see your radio station on the front display area too. I would recommend this to someone that I know likes things simple. However, because it really goes with my bedroom décor, I am keeping it.
