    Within 3 weeks of purchase, the computer is not working... cursor is frozen, mouse is unresponsive, and keyboard is malfunctioning. According to BB, the easy fix is to exchange it, but what about all the personal data that was transferred from my previous device? This is a serious inconvenience and great disappointment - I expected more.
