I’ve had my iMac for two years now and I don’t regret purchasing it. I mainly wanted a desktop I could do college work on and also play on the side. No one really recommended to play games on your iMac but you can run games like Roblox and Minecraft at full graphics. You can also do your work and have no issues. Overall good Desktop completely recommend!

Apple has been a great product for me I have bought a lot of products from Apple and had good luck with all of them, so to the point I’m very happy with everything I have bought from Apple

Great computer. Previous iMac was compromised. New keyboard iMac is faster and easier to navigate.

i waited awhile before taking the survey. I'm not crazy about the keyboard being cut down. Its more narrow & i'm not crazy about that...why didn't you leave it the same size? Also, since the keyboard doesn't use batteries, i had NO IDEA what to do when the keys stop working. I finally had someone tell me to use the charging cord i charge the mouse with... Also, i am NOT liking the mouse a whole lot. Its a pain in the butt to move sometimes. I'm thinking about changing it out to my old logitech mouse. It takes batteries but is much FASTER!!!

Great sale price on this iMac. People who owned older iMac's should know they come without USB ports now and the operation system is very different. I bought one for my wife then bought one for myself a few days later. I bought one open box excellent condition and it was as advertised. Very happy with both purchases. Shipping time was also amazing.

This is my first iMac desktop computer & I love it. I've had MacBooks in the past so I already knew generally how Macs operate, but I've been blown away with this iMac's performance. It is such an aesthetically beautiful desktop (I got the green one) and it is so satisfying to use. I mainly use this computer for internet browsing and school-related projects. Definitely worth the investment in my opinion!

Very fast and reliable beautiful screen Great for daily use

The colors are amazing! I got the green one. The computer is light weight since I’m upgrading from a 12 yr older model. I purchased less storage so not happy about that. Overall I’m still a Mac person so I’m happy with my purchase even though there are different USB ports in the back.

Lots of new features, but isn't quite as intuitive as the older iMac that I had.. Takes a lot of getting used to and searching to find things and figure out where things are. The menu arrangements are different from the older version. love the big size because I can see everything better. I just need more time to figure it out. I don't do a lot of sophisticated work on my computer but I find it very handy for lots of things. Really prefer the Mac to the PCs. Best Buy sales persons are very helpful, but don't really know that older accessories won't work with the newer Macs. It doesn't support older drivers and there are no new ones available for the older scanners, etc. Also, there are no drivers available to make the Brother printers work with OSVentura13.4.

Super easy to set up by myself and compared to my old Mac desktop its runs so fast and smooth!

It’s actually more affordable then most desktops. Love that it works so well and I love the color!

EXCELLENT, EXCELLENT product from Apple. This computer gives you vibrant colors and awesome sound. What I like most is that you can place this computer on a small desk or small space any where. Highly recommend this computer even though it is high in price but I waited for a good deal. Thank you Best Buy.

My new iMac was easily set up and easy to navigate through the many programs available. I like the speed at which the iMac moves from one program to the next.
