    Wife loves it. I'm a PC guy, and i like a bit more bang for the buck and being able to swap out parts, which is now not an option with the M1 series. The one thing I hate is how you can't upgrade the SSD.

    The computer works okay but the mouse doesn’t always respond and the Geek squad did not transfer the passwords for email accounts and now the accounts won’t work

    It does not have a cd/dvd player like the last one i had from 2012 i don't like that about it. It dont have a usb port either. My 2012 computer is better then this one
