According to BB, the easy fix is to exchange it, but what about all the personal data that was transferred from my previous device? This is a serious inconvenience and great disappointment - I expected more.

I’m a long time Apple iMac owner and have had so many problems with this computer. Apple care has been no help. I can’t even schedule an appointment with the Geek Squad until January and the price keeps going up every time I check back.

I have to turn it off and turn it back on. That’s the only problem. Other than that it’s a great computer. It’s just really annoying to have to do that over and over every time it logs out when I work from my computer.

I gave it three stars because, every time I bought a new MAC I spent more money but got less for my dollars. I really think Apple is making a big mistake by doing this. Also Apple customer support has gotten much worse over the years.
