I would have bought a different model if your sales person was knowledge about the product

I pay so much money for iMac. Not worth a penny To expensive to be not a touch screen

After researching desktop computers, I picked one. I made a great choice! I love my new iMac computer. The screen is bright and clear. Processing is quick. The sound quality is great! I also love the Apple cordless mouse. (Magic Mouse) I bought the blue model. It looks great in my home office!

Due to the age of our old iMac, the tech who came out to help us, advised us that a new computer was eminent. So we went ahead with his advice and he came out again the next day to help install it! It runs like clockwork! Loving the speed at which everything comes up! Thank you Chad for all your help!

This computer has not given me any problems since purchasing it a few years ago. It has daily use and I run several different large programs on it with no problems.

This is my second iMac since January of 2019 so far I have had no problems and if there is ever anything I have a problem with the Geek Squad comes and fixes everything

Best monitor for editing photos. I'm a photographer who struggles with small screens and this computer as the best display and is super user friendly.

Perfect for someone who does minimal things on the computer and needs something easy to use.

This is my first iMac, so there was a little learning curve coming from using a PC my entire life. Once I got adjusted to the new OS, it was ez-pz after that. The biggest upsides to iMac are the graphics , quick response time, and aesthetics. Outside of that I don't know why this iMac is priced so high with 2 ports and so little storage (256G is a complete rip off for a powerful computer like this, but Apple is pushing this so you can pay for their cloud storage). Along with that the keyboard and mouse have to be recharged at some point (although the charge does last awhile), which is a little inconvenient because you can't use the mouse while it's being charged. Even with these minor cons, I think this iMac will outlast all the PCs I've ever bought before.

Very pleased with my desktop Mac. It performs as expected. Bought at good price from Bestbuy, was delivered on time.

I love my new 65 inch LG Smart TV. I was wanting a newer smart TV than I had and that had a lot more apps already installed. My Geek Squad set it up and explained everything to me I am thoroughly enjoying it. I was worried that at my age, 80+, it would be difficult to learn, but again The Geek Squad walked me through the whole process. Another pleasant purchase from Best Buy. I have been with them for over 20 years.
