Disappointed in Apple

Also find this much more difficult to use than our old one. Always getting locked out trying to get into websites, often have to create multiple passwords before it works. Beautiful machine, not so beautiful programming.

Our older computer would not be updating and became very slow to use. Had to wait long periods just to open up. I'm very satisified with my new IMac.

Deceptive practices from Best Buy

Received it by 2 days later by mail in a brown cardboard box. Go to open it. That was the main box. No original packaging. This iMac is heavily damage. Sticker residue all on the back. Missing the plug, keyboard, mouse. All essential items. Immediately I took it back. They have just now put it back for sale as Fair. That iMac is Poor and cant imagine what issues may lurk when its powered on. Best Buy needs to do better.

Mac = Not worth the extra dollars.

You now have to buy a special adapter so you can plug in your backup, or your cable or any other device, which you could previously just plug in. This plus it cost much more!
