It was installed by the Geek Squad.I love their services and helpfulness. I am not a techie. So far it does what I ask quickly and accurately. A techie would elaborate beyond this I know.

Our older computer would not be updating and became very slow to use. Had to wait long periods just to open up. I'm very satisified with my new IMac.

Mac = Not worth the extra dollars.

You now have to buy a special adapter so you can plug in your backup, or your cable or any other device, which you could previously just plug in. This plus it cost much more!

Disappointed in Apple

Also find this much more difficult to use than our old one. Always getting locked out trying to get into websites, often have to create multiple passwords before it works. Beautiful machine, not so beautiful programming.
