Works great right out of the box

Everything was included. No problems at all setting it up with my apple ID. I had to upgrade to Ventura and download Xcode. That took about an hour. But no complaints. All ready to program. Shipping was fast too.

Retirement Gift for Dad

This was purchased for Dad at his retirement to upgrade his 21" 2019 iMac. It is virtually identical to the previous one so there was no learning curve for him. A simple migration was all it took to transfer files and apps. He couldn't be happier.

CUSTOMER DISSATIFIED WITH NO INSTALLATION!

THE SO-CALLED "SERVICE PERSON" WHO CLAIMED I WAS NOT HOME, FAILED TO CALL INSIDE THROUGH MY OPEN INSIDE DOOR - AS IT TURNED OUT, MY DOORBELL WAS DEAD & NEEDED A NEW BATTERY. ONE WOULD THINK (!!!) HE'D HAVE HAD THE SENSE TO OPEN THAT AND CALL INSIDE!!!! I AM QUITTING THE WASTE OF MONEY PAID FOR SO-CALLED EXPERT "TECH SUPPORT."
