    Monitor is great. Keyboard is terrible for working long hours. Poor structure and comfort. Had to return to Best Buy to find a comfortable compatible keyboard to Mac. They were helpful!

    Great service at the Winchester ,Virginia store. Can do people. Terrible experience with scheduling on line and eventually on the phone for appointments. I received a voice message that I needed to reschedule and appointment. 40” on the phone and after talking to 3 people, I was told that I still had my appointment and had never needed to change it! I’m still getting reminders via voice mail to change my appointment and will have to go to the store to get this straight. Major hassle. Makes me want to run fromBest Buy which is too bad because our local store is great.
