This was a great purchase from best buy. I bought it open box and it looks and works well. If you are considering an open box item, I would say go for it.

A great computer for my career invoice over acting.

I preordered not knowing what to expect and it is amazing. The sound quality is great as well as the look of it.

Absolutely grotesque problems dealing with the word-processing program! I begin a document, and the next thing I know, before I get two lines into it, the text begins jumping all over the screen like frogs leaping among lily pads; can't control it for anything. It's impossible to go from the top to the bottom of any given document (or the reverse) without having to scroll, little by little, or go page by page. 3. Whenever it wants to (no telling when), the writing function just stops, and each time I strike a key on the keyboard I get a 'poom-poom!' sound and nothing happens on the screen. 4. every time I try to make use of the 'find' feature in the 'edit' mode, I have to do it two times before I even get a response. What a preposterous piece of junk. Well, you asked ... .

This is my first Mac computer and it takes some getting used to of navigating when you’ve only had Windows all your life. However, I live the Retina display and how easy it was to connect to all of my apple gadgets. I absolutely love how sleek the size of the entire unit is. The only thing I don’t like is how the screen easily moves across my desk, I wish it had more stability in staying in one place.

Love my new computer. Only wish they (apple) would have had a bigger screen than 24" with the M1

Excellent machine. Quick responsive and great graphics. Rechargeable keyboard and Mouse are a huge upgrade.

Apple products are the best. They just work. There’s no concern with how fast it will be or if it will crash etc. like other brands I considered ONLY because of price. If price was never a factor, I’d never have thought twice. But apple is worth it every time.
