Better than expected! Had very high expectations for this - after all it is an Apple. It surpasses them in every way. I honestly can’t say a negative thing about it.

We purchased this new iMac to replace our old (2009) iMac. Packaging, setup and downloading of purchased software was easy. The iMac looks great, very sleek design.

No one told me the data migration would scramble all my files. Would have tried a printer that was not so fancy if it would be compatible with my old computer. I may not live long enough to correct the damage to my filing system.

Really like the new iMac M1. I understand Apple thought process on the ports but would still like to have a couple of USB 3 ports without having to use an adapter.

I have always loved Apple and I have wanted a Mac for as long as I can remember. If you're an Apple lover, this computer is a must have.

computer was great but had a trade in. Was charged full price for computer then after I brought it in told I had to leave it there and couldn't download my data and erase the computer. They said the GEEK squad could do it for $100 so I let them do it when they said they could do it in 48 hours. 8 days later still weren't finished. When they did get it finished took it home and it was looked not with the password on our previous computer or any we had ever used. A week later it was unlocked and we finally got to use it more than two weeks after we first tried to pick it up.Its not that complex to transfer data on a Mac. Takes about 8 hours and you don't even need internet. Since you are charging full price there is no reason that you couldn't allow them to take it home and bring the trade in 48-72 hours later . Trade not brought or wrong computer no payment

Great product. Easy to migrate all content from old computer and set up new computer. Purchising went well from Best Buy.

Apple is my favorite purchase equipment. Is very strong, beauty and fascinating. The live of this product is long. I enjoy all of the equipment by apple.

Need a bigger screen for gaming. Wish this came on a bigger size, but it doesn’t.

Good news is Best Buy swapped it out for a new one and this one has been great. We are not power users and just need a common home PC to keep track of bills, important documents and general internet needs. We went back and purchased the keyboard with the fingerprint reader and it works flawlessly. Not a huge fan of the Magic Mouse so will most likely get the track pad. I also purchased Microsoft Office 365 for it and it works the same as a windows machine. The screen is awesome. Super crisp and bright with high resolution. I thought only having 1 24” screen would be disappointing but for home use I don’t feel the need for multiple screens. I would recommend it and will buy again in the future if something happens to this one.

My mother got this for me for my birthday and I just love it this is most definitely the best gift to give someone or buy for yourself

I bought this as open box -excellent condition. This far from being excellent condition. The apple mouse looks like someone found it in a trash can. Completely used, scratched and shipped. They way it was packaged was completely unacceptable.

Awesome machine. Very fluid and stable. I've yet to experience any hiccups. Bought as Xmas gift for my wife and she loves this beauty

Love it! My old iMac was about 12 years old and was finally ready to retire. Very simple to install and use,

super buy and a great replacement for our outdated iMac. We like the size and it is so light weighted, very nice for our home office.

I love this iMac, it’s gorgeous. I love the fact that I can airdrop my notes, pics, etc to this computer. It’s very fast and efficient.
