My mouse stopped working.I have been traveling for the last two montane no time to return to the local Best Buy.

So pleased Apple finally put the M1 in the iMac. This was purchased for Dad at his retirement to upgrade his 21" 2019 iMac. It is virtually identical to the previous one so there was no learning curve for him. A simple migration was all it took to transfer files and apps. He couldn't be happier.

AFTER MULTIPLE DEAD-ENDS, I HAVE FINALLY GOTTEN A PC THAT WORKS PROPERLY WITHOUT TROUBLE, THOUGH THERE WERE NOT SETUP DIRECTIONS AND I HAD TO EMPLOY THE SERVICES OF A TECHIE, UNFORTUNATELY. THE SO-CALLED "SERVICE PERSON" WHO CLAIMED I WAS NOT HOME, FAILED TO CALL INSIDE THROUGH MY OPEN INSIDE DOOR - AS IT TURNED OUT, MY DOORBELL WAS DEAD & NEEDED A NEW BATTERY. ONE WOULD THINK (!!!) HE'D HAVE HAD THE SENSE TO OPEN THAT AND CALL INSIDE!!!! I AM QUITTING THE WASTE OF MONEY PAID FOR SO-CALLED EXPERT "TECH SUPPORT."

SOLID VALUE. I do video editing in Davinci Resolve, and Premier Pro on this, and it holds up very well. I feel a little slog when I'm doing 4k editing, but its tolerable. 2k video editing? A breeze! I'm very impressed.

Computer works very well, however, Apple changes made it difficult for computer ro work with other devices.

I am loving my new iMac with Retina display. It had been 10 years since my last iMac purchase and the new one has many great features. I also had outstanding customer service while shopping for a new computer. Thank you Best Buy!

Great computer overall! The appearance and display are the best I’ve ever personally owned. Setup was rather easy and the sound, camera, and overall design is amazing. 10/10 would recommend people to buy this product for either personal use or a small business.

Ive always been a hp customer but i decided to jump on the apple train. It takes some getting used to but i do love my apple computer. The screen display is so beautiful. It have vibrant colors and i like the facetime calling.

Love this. Decided to treat myself. My old one was almost 20 years old. Love this new one snd especially being pink. Working great. Have to learn all the new features. So thankful to get this waited several years.

My grandkids are so happy with their new iMac. They had a regular desktop that went out and since all of them have IPhones , I figured might as well get this which will sync to their phones. We are definitely Apple people.

I am a first time IMac user. Converted from PC. I bought the Geek Squad coverage to help me switch over. I don't think I could have made the transition without the Geek Squad's installation service.
