Typical Apple Product. Not much difference from previous IMACs.

I liked the product but the only drawback about it is the absence of USB slots.

It’s good for what I want to use it for .. didn’t need anything more.

DO NOT PURCHASE! I purchased less than one month ago and after 2 days of use, it began shutting off randomly. Now it won't turn on at all. I took it to geek squad today and they stated they couldn't do anything about it. I didn't purchase apple care as I figured I'd at least get a few years of use out of it. I tried to purchase apple care today as it's still been less than 30 days and apple stated they couldn't provide it as it was a refurb item. I just received another refurn laptop I purchased today and plan on returning it first thing tomorrow. What a complete horrible rip off and terrible customer service. That's the last purchase Best Buy will ever have from me!

Walked in not planning to buy that day, but spent some time playing with the in-store display and really enjoyed the performance and aesthetic. With some no-pressure help from an associate, I was ready to go ahead and pick it up!

Pricey, but good quality. Lots of built-ins make it easy to set up and use

It's a little hard to use and the Internet connection isn't very steady

Good quality product. It was easy to set up. I would highly recommend this product.

I like my new iMac for the most part. I am very disappointed that the computer does not have much memory. If I had realized how many problems I would have transferring my information and pictures from my old machine I probably would not have bought it. I do not store things of the cloud and I want to be in control of my pictures and information at all times. Just because it is stored in the cloud somewhere else I prefer to have at my finger tips when I want them. If something happened to the cloud I would not have access to my material. Other than that it works about the same. I am still getting used to the new Apple. I also think the keyboard should be a little bigger. I feel confined when typing making more mistakes.

The I Mac for I price is good not grate because for the price you do not get abouf ports

The last Mac I bought from Best Buy was in November of 2011...I got over 11 years use out of it. I purchased this new 24" iMac last month and am counting on using it for at least another 11 years.

One phone open automatically though the battery tap

Size is smaller, noticeably, than other iMac model. However, needed smaller size for location. Screen not as clear as earlier model. It is faster though.

Great computer, very happy I got it. My husband got Dell around same time , and was very unhappy with his purchase. I, on the other side, have no complaints about my choice.

Walked in the store and walked out in less than 10 minutes. Outstanding and efficient service. The Mac is awesome, crisp colors and beautiful minimalist style.

As a previous apple owner, purchased this to replace one that finally quit on me (after many many years)! Hopefully, this one lasts for the next ten years.

Great product - Love the sleek Design. This works great with all of my other apple products. Just as fast as my macbook pro and video quality is definitely great for content creators.
