Fortunately, this is my first iMac. I love the way apple ecosystem place. So easy to use, the speaker or sound is so immersive. The clearness of fhe camera is so crisp. Thank you also to BestBuy for the fast shipping. Overall, I will recommend this to my family and let them know how nice and awesome this product.

However, the keyboard was not configured properly when it arrived. A Geek representative figured out the problem after much troubleshooting. Word is very confusing and is very different from the previous iMac that I’ve been using for a few years. The in-home agent, Jason, helped me with this. There were no directions, instructions, or any paperwork to make the use of this wonderful computer easier.

Doing the installation/migration worked very well. The tech person, who did the work, was able to divide the hard drive and I put two retiring machines into this one.

Brand new iMac

I updated to Sonama as soon as I got it plugged in and then used migration assistant to move all my programs from the old iMac. Took about 3 hours.

Apple has great quality and this new iMac 24 is lightning fast. Very good screen graphics and color. The new iMac is much lighter and thinner than the old version. Good value for a well made computer.

Best Buy has great system for ordering and delivery. Online support was not helpful in answering my questions on printers but once I made up my mind on the product the process was a no brainer
