Not as easy to operate as MacBooks. Super fast, and full of benefits. We’re using it for our t shirt business and it runs all the programs good.

The overall performance of this model is great. The only complaint that I have is that the color is a little darker than pictured.

I bought the new iMac to replace my 2009 model. It still worked fine, but it was no longer supported. All of the interfaces are improved, but familiar. I really like that the wireless mouse and keyboard are now rechargeable. Also a good value since it was about the same price as 12 years ago.

Excellent. This is our 2nd purchase of Mac Computer. The first computer was a 2011 and had problem with the switch to turn on and therefore felt it was better to purchase a new computer.

Excellent computer! I use it as a workhorse for my graphic design business, and it more than handles the Adobe suite with exceptional graphics.

Great computer! The build quality is amazing. I would suggest this for doing work for school/work. The screen is only 24” so if you like to have multiple windows open in split screen it may be a little small. Although personally, I got use to it within a couple days. Lastly, the Touch ID is fast but I would rather have Face ID, kinda like Windows Hello. I lied there is one more thing… the color matching is amazing, therefore, don’t get silver or your just boring.

Mac is the way to go, as a user of both windows and mac this Imac is flawless. it is light, clean and fast! easy integration with my macbook and iphone

It is perfect (for the price). I have one of the larger 27" models from 2016/17 but the wife kind of took that one over. At the price point, you will be pleased I expect like I am.

Beautiful, fast as lightning, a little lacking in ports, but I’ve made “connections with connections” and can do everything I want with this excellent iMac.

I'm disappointed with this iMac because it's slower than my MacBook Pro and lags a lot. If you're just using it for light creative projects and office work, it wouldn't be so bad. However, if you use it every single day for heavy graphic intensive projects, photo editing, research, etc. and need multiple programs and tabs open simultaneously, this machine will be a bit disappointing. I'm bummed because my glitchy MacBook Pro runs faster than my brand new machine. I will probably go back to a MacBook Pro as soon as I get my money's worth out of this computer. It's a nice machine, but it makes my job more challenging by locking up and freezing more than I care to admit. I've been a Mac user for 20+ years, so it's not that I don't like their products. Personally, I just feel Apple missed the mark on this one for visual and graphic designers who rely heavily on their machines to design and create every single day.

Went to purchase a new Imac24. The customer service personnel was very polite and knew general knowledge of the system. I wanted a pacific color but was not an option at that time due to manufactures release. But color doesn't stop the overall rating of the computer
