So fast, great screen, I'm so happy with my new Mac!

The product is awesome. However, I purchased this with an employee on the phone who walked through every step including checking to use the payment promotion with no interest. It has yet to be resolved. 30 Days. I was told to wait two billing cycles to see if it was processed.

Nice display, I like the color scheme, good purchase.

smaller than my former 27" and fewer USB ports. SSD is nice but overall, Apple downgraded what I had instead of upgrading !

A fast an efficient machine. I only wish they had it in a 27" version. I would recommend that you get APPLE CARE SUPPORT. They are the experts on these machines. Total Tech seems to lack the expertise on Apple machines.

Went to purchase a new computer. After reviewing the choices and talking with the staff, I made a purchase with which I am well pleased. The staff was great! the price was too! Santa couldn't have done a better job than Best Buy staff!

Going from Microsoft pc to apple iMac has been a challenge. But I really enjoy the clean look (no multiple cables for the cable management woes) and the simple wireless features. Learning the new system will just take time - a lot of which I now have as I just retired.

Not only are the computers great the staff was absolutely wonderful. So I could not be more satisfied with the computer nor could I have had a better experience all because of special skill. The Best Buy personnel are better than the Apple staf by far

An excellent desktop computer. After working on both MacBook Pro and HP PC Laptoo for years I forgot how very nice it is to use a state of the art desktop computer. I highly recommend this Mac.

I love it!!! My previous iMac was outdated- bought it back in 2015, thus unable to update it in any way. But this new iMac.. wow, what an amazing piece of superb technology.

I'm so happy Best Buy had this computer. It was so close to Christmas and I was afraid everything would be sold out. I absolutely love this computer. It's faster, with more options and the pictures are beautiful.

I have owned Apple computers since 1983. The don’t break down. Only one has needed repair. I replace them when they are obsolete. For me, they are worth their premium price. This 24” iMac is performing well.

Going from a 2012 iMac to this model with the M1 is night and day difference. My only gripe is the bezel & chin color. I wish they matched the blue color of the back side of monitor!

This is my first Apple IMAC product. Huge learning curve. There are some inconveniences with the Apple M1 IMAC compared to a PC, but worth it to learn how to use it and adapt.

I’ve had iMacs before and they’ve always made life easier. I bought this item to replace other and it surpassed my expectations. Absolutely love the color and all the things it can do.

After Geek squad tech left, needed to move the old computer out from behind the new IMAC. After that, had a problem waking up new IMAC. Found out that i had twisted the new IMAC when moving the old computer and the magnetic power connection had been disconnected. Not a big fan of the magnetic power connection.

Disappointed, no CD player didn’t really check it out because I assumed it was the same as my old one
