Very quick install for 1 radio head unit and very friendly service . Great quality work

I had a radio installed in my Ford F-150. Installers both went above and beyond in the whole process. They did a quick very professional install of my radio and was very professional in all services including answering any questions I had about features of the radio.

I was very happy with the car stereo installation from start to finish!! They were able to get me in 1 hour earlier than my scheduled time which was great! They were polite and friendly!!! Installation was quick! The installer even took the time before we left to show my son the ins and outs of operating the new system, that was awesome!!

My old stereo didnt hold memory and the am/fm radio quit working. BB replaced with a new one and got everything working as it should. The great thing about BB service is they guarantee their work and i can go to any BB if i have problems.

Got my stereo installed quicker than anticipated. Everything looked great.

Geek Squad did a fantastic job on my Pioneer car stereo install, even saved me some money by reusing some of the parts from my truck's previous owner's installed unit. (Wire harness and antenna adapter). Install finished about 45 minutes quicker than estimated and I got a thorough "tour" of my stereo's features. Well done Geek Squad!

Geek Squad did a very quality job installing my new stereo. I was impressed with the speedy work. They even had to install a microphone which allows me to talk handsfree. Since it is wired, they would have had to remove some panels and they did an awesome job putting everything together. Also, I was impressed with them setting the time and date on my new stereo.

Never had anything installed at the best buy before and was really pleased with the car stereo install in my sons 2004 Mitsubishi Lancer Sport Back. Service apt was made within a day of our purchase, and was done in an hour. Looked great. Worked great. and not having made any requests for where to hide the blue tooth mic, the installer put it discreetly on the steering wheel - good choice!

I took my sons suv in for a Kenwood car stereo installation. The Geek Squad Team was prompt and the install is perfect. Everything works and they finished when they said they would. That service is worth it's weight in gold anymore. Well done Best Buy. I am a VERY satisfied customer. This installation was included with the purchase of the car stereo. That makes it even better.

Daniel was the guy who installed my new auto radio. He was great. He called ahead of time to make sure I had all the parts I needed, and when he realized I didn't, he sent me an e-mail listing the exact part I needed. He was quick and efficient. Would go back anytime without hesitation.

Gary knew exactly what I needed that he couldn't get from supply DC. I ordered it. He was happy I had exactly what he requested to make wiring a breeze! He wouldn't stop talking about it! True genius! Highly recommend! Him and associate helper did a great job!

The installation was quick the job got done right and no problems

this is the 3rd radio i have had installed at best buy. all 3 times the installer did a professional looking job. i have never had a technical issue after an install. they even transferred by presets and set the clock for me. 2 of the installs had blue tooth. the microphone was mounted up by the rear view mirror. both times you couldn't even tell they ran the wire under the trim.

I initially had difficulty with Sales because nobody knew how to access the Installation Schedule and handle that. Finally found the one guy in whole store (apparently) who knew how to do it. Once that was overcome, everything went Extremely Well. Scheduled / Installed / Using it within a short period. Quality of the install was excellent. Very congenial installers and easy to work with.

It didn't take long for them install I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. Though it took me long enough to get it done I'm glad I did because thanks to there professionalism they made my car sound great.

I went in with negative expectations because my system was old but the service guy, (Carlos?) worked some kind of magic and got the new deck installed and everything working. He even hooked up the mic for phone operation and it sounds great. Thank you. Oh, don't buy your car stuff at Outrageous Audio, they are rude, more expensive and the return policy isn't customer friendly.

I had Best Buy Install my new Pioneer radio for a 2006 Chevy Malibu. The installer did a great job. My appointment started right on time and they said it would be about an hour to finish and that is exactly how long it took. The new radio looked great in the car and the technician took the time to explain the radio, bluetooth, settings, etc. Overall they did a great job.

The agent went above and beyond installation, assisting with the actual purchase and demonstration before the sale. Afterward he explained how to use the stereo in detail.
